  Unable to fix my mobile home leak after many attempts. Many personal attention visits looking for it, but ended up saying no idea where it was and gave up. Son actually had no choice but to do the whole roof, not just the edges as company did, by himself a month ago.

  I'd love to be writing a 5 star review, but multiple attempts to contact the company for an estimate, both on their website and phone, have had no response. I can only wonder if they are still in business? Update: Thanks to Whatcom Roofing for their reply. However, as my review states, I did utilize their website contact tool- with no response . It's all moot now as I did find another roofer who responded in hours and had the repair done the same day.

  They provided a quote for a roof repair that was agreed to and sign. Would perform the work. Failed to show up even when I called twice and and was told there would be by to make the repairs.

  I had a very good experience from the quick response to my request for an estimate to the finished product. You couldn't ask for a more hard-working crew. ...AND, The roof is absolutely beautiful! So glad to have worked with Terry and his crew, and you will be too!

  Whatcom Roofing did a great job re-roofing our house. Friendly, flexible and easy to work with. When I look at things like the flashing details on our roof, I can see their pride in good workmanship.

  Overall I was impressed with the thorough inspection of the project (required by my homeowner's insurance server), helping me understand a need I had not been aware of, and the wonderful customer service provided from start to finish by the project coordinator/owner I chose~ Now that it's completed, I couldn't be more pleased with the amazing result 'DONE RIGHT', through old material removal revealing repairs needed, to installation by a knowledgeable, coordinated, hard-working, cooperative crew who went to great lengths to clean up afterwards so I did not have any concerns in that regard~! The actual job took longer than estimated, but throughout the process, the owner was available, checking-in to make sure of our contract being fulfilled, details and even some thoughtful improvements suggested and taken care of for the best customer satisfaction as to the promised quality of excellence. I had gotten other estimates, but am very Thankful that I chose Whatcom Roofing (Terry McCaffery, owner) to 'deliver' the beautiful green roof protecting my home and providing vital 'Peace of mind' for the foreseeable future of home-ownership here~>!!!

  Terry is the only person I will ever call again in Whatcom County for a roofing issue. I’m going to recommend him to my friends and family without hesitation. He came out at 4:30 on a Friday, listened to my repair situation, and fixed it properly while also pointing out and fixing some other small issues. His communication was clear and honest and I know I will sleep easier tonight knowing my roof was fixed right. He didn’t try to upsell me (which another other “local” roofer tried) and I am extremely grateful for his help. Thank you again!

  I was extremely happy with the work Whatcom Roofing did when they replaced the entire roof on my double‑wide. They installed 60‑mil TPO, replaced 28 sheets of plywood, and rebuilt the rafter tails. They cleaned up all debris at the end of each day and did a thorough final cleanup when the job was finished. They also provided photos throughout the process. Terry communicated quickly and explained everything clearly. The price was very reasonable compared to the other estimates I received. I highly recommend Whatcom Roofing.

  I had some issues with a solar tube during the heavy rains in December. I had Terry come out and quote the replacement of both of my solar tubes, as I figured it was good preventative maintenance to get them both done at the same time. He showed up toward the end of the day to inspect, when it was pouring with rain and windy. I went up with him, and he took the time to explain what he was seeing and how he would approach the work. About an hour later I had a quote, and was very pleased with the cost. He included a clear statement of work with the quote, and promptly answered any questions I had. The first day there was a break in the weather (again, this is when we had massive flooding around the state), his crew showed up in the morning and were gone by noon. No trash on the ground, and a super clean replacement. I would recommend Whatcom Roofing to anyone who needs works done. The way Terry conducted business gave me confidence that I was not being upsold, or overcharged for work being done. Thanks again Terry and the crew.

Funny that the new vent you purchased from Home Depot was defective-but we caught in time and made sure everything was proper as we wrapped up.
