Roof looks good but the crew wasn’t very thoughtful. I asked them to be mindful our grass as we have laid seed and are trying to grow it- left remnants of their lunch behind in our yard as well as white patches of paint. Moved things around …

I don't write reviews very often, however Skagit Roofing deserves one. I wanted to wait several months before writing it to test the roof through the rain, snow, heat, etc. After getting many quotes we decided for Skagit Roofing back in Nov. 2025, their prices are fair and their work is top notch. They are such a great group of professionals, from Ty’s incredible expertise, answering questions, providing the quotes, and taking care of us, to the wonderful and impressive crew who took care of the job: Ernesto, Jose, Hermelindo and Fabrizio. To me they are “The Fantastic 4!” :) They worked so hard to get the roofing like new, didn’t cut any corners, came back to check for any leaks, put extra protection using metal on some of the beams that were cut because they were rotting at the ends, cleaned up everything, etc. I’m very detail oriented and demand high quality, and these guys are awesome, deliver quality work, and the entire team is very professional. Thank you Skagit Roofing!

Hired them to do a large shop home in Alger a couple years ago and they did a great job. Everything works great for roofing and metal siding. They were very nice and left some extras for me. Metal sheeting went to use it on a new pole …

I highly recommend Skagit Roofing. Great experience, great price, and great roof. We worked with Ty who was always available for questions and guidance on the re-roof of our home in Anacortes. Ty’s roofing crew was excellent. They cleaned up the worksite every evening. I interviewed 8 roofing companies and selected Skagit Roofing because of the price, the product, and the terms of the contract. A lot of the companies wanted half of the cost before the job started, Skagit Roofing requested payment once the job was completed!!! It was important to us to use a roofing company from Skagit County primarily for the proximity in case they needed to come back out for any issues. As it turned out, we had no issues. If you are considering hiring a roofing contractor be sure and find out where the business is located. We checked the address of one company and found that it was a drop box in a postal center. I’m very happy with our roof from Skagit Roofing!

We had Skagit Roofing LLC do our house and carport. It involved removing the old chimney structure and repair of facia boards. They did an excellent job. The yard was cleaned each day. Any issue we had was taken care of. The facia boards were painted to match the existing trim. We would highly recommend Skagit Roofing.

Replaced composite shingle roof on our home in Bellingham. I found Skagit Roofing to be superior on all levels -- service, materials, craftsmanship, cost. No short-cuts EVER, no high-pressure sales tactics EVER... only the best construction practices and top-grade materials (valleys, flashing, vents, even down to the hot-dipped galvanized nails!). Installation crew was very neat and professional, respectful of neighbors. Quality roofing at a fair price; highly recommend these guys.
