Reply from the business
Sounds like you might not be a real customer… pretty late at night to be leaving a bad review. I would imagine maybe a disgruntled employee or perhaps a competitor. If you are a real customer, then give our office a call and we can fix whatever the problem is.

31JAN22 These “Guys” did this to my truck. It’s been over a week and nothing. Be careful people, hide anything you cherish. UPDATE: 13MAR22 Truck still sitting, repairs start 19APR22, duration 2-3 weeks. Meanwhile my plumbing business is limping along in a rental, with no boxes or rack. Fly guys says “ I can’t see how your losing money”. Thanks “Guys”

The FlyGuys team came out to San Juan Island and cleaned my roof yesterday. They had installed the roof a few years ago and did a great job of that. Yesterday, the roof cleaning was superb and thorough. They cleaned up the deck nicely afterwards. Thanks FlyGuys!

The Fly Guys did a fabulous job replacing the shakes on Friday Crabhouse’s gazebo roof. They suggested using a Da Vinci composite shake due to its fire proof nature, low maintenance and cost effectiveness when compared to cedar wood shakes. Although I was warned ahead of time of potential shipping delays for this type of shake, which did occur, the guys still met my time frame and there were no cost overruns. I’m very happy with their service.

Estimate was clear and concise, communication was great. Every time they said they would follow up with a question or agreed to be meet they did! Crews were polite, very quick and tidy. I didn't find a piece of roofing or single nail leftover.

Remote location metal roof looks great after being pressure washed by the Fly Guys team. First time the roof has been professionally cleaned since being installed over 20 years ago. Prompt response, showed up as promised, cleaned the roof, skylights, and soft scrubbed the three solar panels. Will use again. Thank you.
