We reached out to this company for custom milled siding for our heritage house and sent details and photos of what we wanted. Ali replied that he could "certainly help with that". When Ali arrived on site it was clear he was there to push Hardie board. He showed samples of Hardie board and we explained that, per our e-mail request to him, we wanted wood siding. He advised that we would have to find a place to order it ourselves and he could install it. We said that would be fine. He took measurements and said he would be in touch with a quote for installation. We reached out two weeks later as we still hadn't heard back and he never responded. Terrible and unprofessional. We were clear with exactly what we were looking for - which they clearly couldn't provide but wanted a chance to try to sell us on Hardie board. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company.

Hi Ginnezz, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your experience left this way. At the time, we explained the due to the warranty we provided on our work, we typically install materials we are familiar with and can confidently stand behind long term. For custom or third party supplied materials, were limited in what we can guarantee, which is why we recommended alternative options. That said, we understand there was a lack of follow up after the site visit, and we sincerely apologize for that. We are actively improving our communication to ensure all clients receive timely updates. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best with your project. Quality Edge Siding

We have a guy visit us from Quality Edge siding and after the discussion with me about what need to be done of the damage soffit. The guy have never give us a call back or final writing estimate. After we wait for two more days. Then we design to move forward to contact another siding company to finish the job. We will not recommended the above company to anyone else in Coquitlam area.

I contracted these guys to do the siding for my house. I had a very small window of time to get it done and these guys did an amazing job on such short notice. Would recommend.
