Michael and crew were awesome! From the detailed quoting process, to the awesome communication from Michael directly and the crew that showed up, top notch all the way through! Michael knows his stuff as within 30 seconds of being onsite read my mind on some of the things I was worried about (we changed the colour of our roof so wanted it to look good and Michael knew exactly what needed to be done before I even said it). He is a true professional. The crew that showed up worked extremely hard, were respectful and took care in treating the work areas cleanly. Would I recommend Spartan roofing? 100%!! Thank you Michael and team for taking a normally stressful process and making it easy for us. Many thanks from our family!

Having never had my roof done before I had lots of questions, Michael was clear and made it simple for me but also gave me confidence I was getting a quality product. His team showed up and got the job done really fast. They did a really nice job, I'm no expert, but the quality of the work looks fantastic. In addition to the shingles he was able to do the fascia and the gutters for me making it also more convenient than the competing quotes.

Michael and his crew completed and replaced the roof and skylight on my mom's house back in the spring of 2023. They did a great job. He and his crew were professional and completed the job thoroughly. When my mom asked him back again two years later for a supposed leak, Michael came the next day and looked at it. It wasn't from the roof but something else. I highly recommend this company. Competitive pricing, easy communication and after almost three years with this new roof, no issues. Would highly recommend Michael and his crew.

Michaels professionalism came through when he came to look at the roof to give me an estimate. He not only inspected the roof but he went back up and caulked a couple of cracks in my vents before getting the job. The estimate was the most …

Michael and his team have done an exceptional job. We have a large house in West Vancouver with a very complex roof on three levels. We wanted a metal roof and the complexity increased significantly as a result. Michael has very strong technical knowledge, and made valuable recommendations including a layer of material for sound proofing. Michael has been up on the roof every single day with his team was laser focused on every detail. And above all, this team has a great attitude and their pricing is very competitive. Give them a chance and you will not be disappointed.

I had contacted Michael for a roofing quote last summer, and after getting multiple quotes, I decided to go with Spartan Roofing as it was the most professional experience I've received, and the quote was very well priced and competitive. We decided to schedule the roofing for this year (2025) as it was nearing the fall season, and Michael was on top of things and came by with roofing samples this year. My new roof is now completed, and my expectations were actually exceeded. I've seen new roofs installed around my area, including my next door neighbour. The roofing company they used was well liked and recommended in our community, but I did not use them because they caused SUCH a mess on my property, and even caused damage (which they fixed but it was not pleasant seeing their roofers damage your property). I immediately knew that I would not use that company, and I decided what standards I wanted in the one I hired. Michael and his crew were SO careful to tarp and cover everything, and not cause a mess on my property, or to the adjacent ones. They were very professional and respectful. I also found their workmanship to be top notch, and I could not be happier. I have a large home, which took several days, and they worked around the typical unpredictable lower mainland weather. Even my dog was super happy (and he's not usually good with banging etc). I was able to work at home during the entire process. I am very pleased, and would recommend Michael and his crew in a heart beat.

Done in one day. Super good cleanup too. And saved the expense of extra workers for this charity job. Kind and courteous also.
