I called for an estimate and was given almost twice the price of any other estimate. I called because they were roofing the neighbors twice as large completely dilapitated roof. Their work looked good. They were unaware I knew the …

I guess she didn't understand that she was told a ballpark number. We have not given a bid for this persons work. Sorry of any confusion.

What a male Karen lol. Dude gets mad because his neighbor is under construction and trucks are pulling into his drive way to back up. God I’d hate be next door to this guy.

We had a leak in our roof and these guys came out to look. I had two guys show up and nail a tarp down. Took these guys 20 minutes on the roof. They were only at my place for 30 minutes. I get billed $85 an hour for 2 hours of work for …

John bid the job perfectly: let us know extra cost to replace any rotted underlayment, added better vents to prevent future problems. His crew worked quickly, efficiently, professionally. We just hope Western Roofing is in business when we …

I had a small leak in my roof for three plus years. I had three bids, and John was the only one to point out my lack of insulation when my house was built in 1976. He spent 20 minutes explaining how my roof would go from R3 to R38 (or …

John Mix and his crew are first class. Clear communication, fair pricing and excellent quick work. This is the second project, I had them replace the roof on my business, this job was on my house! Outstanding, most certainly get them in to bid your project!

Western completed a very difficult residential roof replacement during the winter months. The roof was a combination of flat and low slope TPO and shingles, with leaks and in extremely poor condition. It did go over original bid price but …

Cranked out a 1200 square foot roof in a day and a few hours! Chase and his crew were fast and efficient. I was especially pleased with the crews' professionalism, attention to detail and adherence to to state regulations regarding the covid pandemic. They also left the worksite clean and tidy after each day.

A day after posting below, I have received contact to set an appointment and will continue to adjust this review accordingly. Thanks. ------------------------------------ Unfortunately, after 4 months of trying to reach this company, including phone calls, a personal visit to fill out a form a month after no call back, following up again in month 3 to give another opportunity, only to have the folks not call me back,... then an email to me to turn the job down with info that clearly showed they didn't understand the job, told an appointment would be made "next week" only to not get the promised call back to schedule the appointment to look at the roof. Weeks, and months later, nothing this company has done shows me a professional operation... Sorry... Maybe they do good work if you can actually get them to call or show up.

Fast, good price, quality. I am shocked that the final cost was LESS than the quote!

Western Roofing turned me into a lifelong customer today. I went into their office yesterday afternoon after finding out that the home I was selling needed some repairs. They were out first thing the next day, were very professional, educated me on what I needed and took care if it within hours. I simply cannot say enough nice things about how they do business, their follow through, etc. If you are reading this review and need roofing services, CALL THIS COMPANY!!! Big thanks to Tim, their GM and the guys who came out in the rain to save the day.
