Called to schedule an inspection of my roof (residential). WPRC said they no longer do work on residential roofs as of 1/1/24. Ya might want to update your website to that effect, WPRC!

Never even returned my call.

The office staff is rude and slams you on hold without asking. The workers have caused more harm to my roof and now I have leaks in places around the roof that weren't tv there before they put a new roof on. They also left my water running and it was about 6 hours after they left that I noticed it. The company is trying to walk away without taking any responsibility for the damage, and left me as the homeowner with more damage to my home.

Claimed to have fixed two leaks in my roof, but they leaked worse after their "repair" than before. Insisted we pay in full, despite the fact that they did NOTHING to fix the problem. Refused to come back out unless we paid for the work that they didn't do first. Instead, we hired a reputable person to come and repair our roof.

Western Pacific did a fabulous re-surfacing of my leaky balcony patio. Excellent workmanship and cleaned up afterward. Special thanks to Linda, who saved the day and to Kyle for expediting the material sourcing which was in short supply. …

I get my tile roof inspected and have any minor repairs done on an annual basis. It usually costs between $200 - $400. WPR does a great job and are easy to work with.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 14 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 14, of which 9 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Western Pacific Roofing Corporation. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
