I called to get a quote from this roofing company and the gentleman that answered the phone was very rude, seemed like it was a bother to him that I called trying to give the company some business. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has decided to go with another company because of that lack of customer service.

We do apologize for this experience, and have trained staff to take name address and phone number upfront (in the event of service interruption). This does not excuse improper handling of the call afterwards, and we’re aware that even a bad day can result in negative feedback. I will address the front end customer service issue with the team today. Please understand this is an isolated issue, and that this does not reflect the quality of craftsmanship or service of our roofing team.

Getting a new roof is a love/hate relationship. You love how it looks afterward but you hate the fact that you even need one in the first place. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Palm Desert for making a not-so-nice experience a bit more tolerable.

PDR did an excellent job on my new roof. They were very informative and answered all of the questions we had on the aluminum style roof. Looks great! Highly recommended!

Metal roofing is gaining a lot of popularity lately. Should be a bit of an energy saver on your utility bill as well. Thank you for taking time out of your day to let us know how we're doing!
