Castro Roofing is a terrible, horrible, no good very bad roofing company. Shoddy work, would not honor warranty. Unprofessional staff, they can't wait to get you off the phone, hang up on you or put you on perma hold. Do not ever use this company, you will regret it.

I attempted to contact them for three days, OUT OF BUSINESS SINCE MARCH 2020. Left messages for Eric Castro, owner, and at the office, closed since March 2020.

came in for a little roof patch job after some wind damage and honestly the guy was super helpful and walked me through everything. fixed it up quick and it looks good, no leaks or anything so far. would’ve been nice if they’d called ahead a little sooner to confirm the time but overall solid work.

Took some time to get an appointment after contract was signed. I had to call a week or so later to get an update on it but they scheduled it right away after that and did a really good job on my roof repair. They all seem very nice.

Castro roofing did a great job on my leak. They have friendly office staff. Owner came out and met in a good timely manner. My roof was done accordingly to the time frame they gave me. Overall very pleased with their work.

Great experience using Castro Roofing . My wife and I are very pleased with their work. Called for an estimate and they came out the same day. The owner came to take a look and made the process easy. Finished our roof in the time they promised. Friendly, reliable and professional!! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
