  We apologize for the inconvenience this misunderstanding may have caused. Our corporation is formed by very professional people who value our work a lot. We have always been trusted by our customers and know how trustworthy Dew Roofing Inc is. Our estimator was punctual and did arrive at the time of the appointment but unfortunately, no one answered. Inspection was done and pictures were taken at the time of the appointment for proof. We would like to express our gratitude for reaching to us and our regrets that it did not work out. We apologize and wish you the best of luck.

  We apologize for any inconvenience we might have caused you. We assure you that we strive to have positive customer experiences. We wish we could have accommodated your scheduling needs. But, being that we are a local, small business, we did not have the manpower to be able to drive from Thermal, (which was the site we were, unfortunately, obligated to, at the time of your scheduled appointment), to Palm Springs in the time frame you requested. As noted on the phone, an option we gave you was to have looked at your roof, 2 hours after your scheduled appointment, and give you an estimate with you not being at your property, as we do this all the time. Also as stated on our phone conversation, we had signed a contract for a big project, after we had initially scheduled your appointment. We are sorry that the other option, offered, did not work for you.

  Dew roofing did a fantastic job!!! Gave a competive bid, started when they said they would, sent out a full, experienced crew, did a good job, cleaned up all the debri and left my property clear of nails, stables, etc. I have had a lot of work done on my 30 year old home and very few have been as professional as Dew Roofing and there was one problem I had - reported to Jennifer the office manager, and politely and quickly had the problem fixed. I would highly recommend this company...
