They don’t answer their phone nor return calls. Lots of luck.

Exceptionally poor customer service. Did a site visit for estimate and after several promises to get out a bid they never followed through. I had to give up and look elsewhere.

I have been designing, building and remodeling homes in Yucca Valley since the early 90's. Phil and his crew and office staff are the best people I have had the pleasure to do business with in the High Desert. I just had them out to redo a …

Mother needed minor roof repair. We had called a few contractors and Elite was the only one that came thru. Thank you for the quick response and expedited repair.

As a property management company, we’ve worked with many roofers over the years—but none have matched the reliability and professionalism of Elite Roofers. Their pricing is fair, their crews are respectful to tenants, and the quality of work is consistently excellent. Phil, the owner, is hands-on and ensures every job meets high standards. Best of all, they stand behind their work with an owner-backed guarantee, which gives both us and our property owners total peace of mind. We highly recommend them.

Lonnie came out only one day wait. I forgot about the appointment. He called me from my home. I asked if he could check out the roof, in my absence. He went up took off the tarp I had covering the suspected leak area and then he fixed the leak. I asked him to send my a bill, he said it wasn’t a big job he fixed it no charge. I said you took the time coming out at least charge me minimum. He refused. I thanked him. When I need a new roof or if I need anything regarding roofing who do you think I’m going to call? Thanks Lonnie I appreciate your help.

They did an excellent job completely removing the old leaky roof and fixing all the overhangs and fascia. The new foam roof fixed all the drainage problems and everything looks amazing. Very professional and responsive, timely and on budget. Could not be happier with the results and service.
