  Very dissapointed, they repaired the "mushrooms" on the roof but found out when someone was checking our chimney that a couple of the mushrooms weren't nailed or tared properly, contacted their office to complain about 2,000 dollars for such poor work and they said they were sorry I felt that way. Go somewhere else

  There was confusion about this work on my part, but when I looked at my phone records, they had tried to contact me twice. I don't remember setting up the appointment after they canceled due to weather, but the misunderstanding seems to be mostly my fault. The job was done, but there is still a leak in the living room. All other leaks are fixed.

  We have used Western Pacific for two different homes and both times have been very happy with the results. They are professional, get the job done and communicate well. From the office staff to the estimator to the installers, everyone was great to work with. I highly recommend utilizing their services for your home repairs.

  Eric from Western is a great estimator, truly looks out for his customers. Western did an amazing job on my roof. The installers were very professional and cleaned up everyday. This is my 2nd house Western has put a roof on. They have been in business for decades and there's a reason why. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof installed. Deal with confidence when you call Western!
