Extremely unprofessional, will hang up on you if they don’t like the conversation, instead of using customer service skills.

Hi Nathaniel, we appreciate the feedback. We get a lot of solicitation calls and our team has gotten into the habit of ending those pretty quickly. We can see how that would feel abrupt if that's what happened here. We'll do better. Wishing you all the best!

Do not have the adjectives to express our complete and total amazement and satisfaction with the completed project. They transformed an old farm house into one that is appears newly built. Our experience from the office staff to the guy’s on the job was professional and expert. Abraham kept us informed daily on the job and was always available for any questions. Our hats are off to the installer’s , our old house was a challenge and they did an excellent job. We could not recommend Sunnyside Roofing any higher. They exceeded all of our expectations.

Marty, thank you so much for this review, it genuinely means the world to us! We loved working with you on this one. I'll pass your kind words along to the crew and to Abraham especially, this house was no small challenge, and it's awesome to hear all that hard work showed. The guys take real pride in jobs like yours, the ones that push them a little. Knowing it made this kind of difference for you is exactly why we do what we do. Thank you for trusting us with your home, we're so glad we could exceed your expectations!

We needed a new roof in the Portland area and were trying to decide between metal or asphalt shingles. Sunnyside offers asphalt only. Out of all the asphalt bids, Sunnyside was the best and most thorough. It was a pleasure to meet Jessica. She explained everything we needed to know. We appreciated the history of the family-run company and have seen their quality work on homes in our neighborhood. Ultimately, we decided on a metal roof. But had we gone with asphalt, we absolutely would've chosen to work with Sunnyside.

I recently had my roof replaced by Sunnyside Roofing Services and I can say with complete certainty and a big smile that they exceeded all my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any roofing job, no matter how large or complex. All the time I spent researching roofing companies, roofing products, and exploring my attic with contractors paid off, because in the end, Sunnyside Roofing is the only company that got all the check marks for: Having a friendly, patient estimator like Bart who performed a thorough attic inspection which allowed him to better assess the roof condition and give a more realistic estimate Offering a fair price and detailed estimate with no hidden extra costs or omissions Having excellent ratings on Google and Yelp reviews as well as the BBB Using the best products in the market such as Malarkey AR shingles made with upcycled rubberized (SBS) asphalt, which excel in impact resistance, wind protection, granule retention and algae resistance Communicating, following up and delivering effectively and on time Cleaning up nicely afterwards Providing a solid warranty along with timely receipts Having a manager like Ricardo who had the expertise to determine the best way to ventilate a roof whose airflow had been cut off at the time of the home addition construction decades ago, and even came up with a way to save on materials cost Having pros like Leo who can determine the best way to fix things on the spot A roof replacement is a costly project, therefore you want a reliable, experienced, reputable and fair company like Sunnyside Roofing that is going to do it right with no hassles and no pressure sales tactics. They are a family owned and operated company with the highest level of integrity. For me it was an extra special experience since I was also able to speak comfortably to the crew in Spanish and English; it was a wonderful bicultural experience!

Thank you so much for such a thoughtful review! The ventilation problem from your addition was honestly a fun one to figure out, and the whole crew enjoyed working with you, in both languages. Thank you for trusting our family with your home.

We’ve had a great experience working with Sunnyside Roofing Services. As a property management company, it’s important for us to partner with vendors who are responsive, reliable, and do quality work—and their team delivered on all three. Communication was clear throughout the process, they showed up when scheduled, and the work was completed efficiently and professionally. They took the time to explain the condition of the roof and provided straightforward recommendations, which we really appreciate when managing homes for our clients. It’s great working with a contractor who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of protecting a home. We look forward to continuing to work with Sunnyside Roofing Services in the future and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

I can't imagine a better roofing company to work with than Sunnyside! They are knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, INCREDIBLY hard-working, respectful, careful to clean up after themselves, on-time, and just generally the best! From the office to the guys on the roof, I recommend them whole-heartedly.

Sunnyside Roofing Services did an incredible job on our roof. After receiving bids from several contractors we choose Sunnyside because they did a thorough inspection and had a reasonable (but competitive) bid. Abraham our main point of …

I hired Sunnyside to replace my roof and they were so wonderful to work with, I recommend them to everyone. Recently, they replaced a roof for a dear friend of my family who is on hospice. The care, attention to detail, professionalism and kindness were priceless… I highly recommend Abraham’s team! It feels great to support a local, family owned business and their work is impeccable.
