  We had a horrible experience with them. First they lost the contract so delayed several weeks. Numerous times they made appointments and didn't show up. They ordered the wrong skylight twice before finally getting the new one, six weeks later. We cleaned up a five gallon bucket of nails and other trash from them. They broke the electric pole from the roof and instead of telling me so I didn't spend time flipping breakers and calling the power company, they just hooked up their nail gun to a generator and kept working. I had to call their office to find out that they had already called the power company and had it turned off ( 10.5 hours before it was fixed). All said, they added $4,000.00 on to the original bill and I don't think it was accurate. They charged 240.00 for 6 2x4's. The job started in August and it is January and we are finally wrapping it up. What a mess. I hope all goes well because I can't imagine having a problem and having them out again!

In those cases we will respond appropriately, quickly and with only the best in industry standards. Because of your feedback, we now take the time to make sure each customer has a set of managed expectations of what might, or will occur during their roofing projects. We hope that this will help dismiss misunderstandings and ease the anxiety of what may come with home construction remodels. We’re taken great efforts to resolve any issues and to make the prior events right by you.   After comparing a few quotes, we chose Western Pacific Roofing. They were responsive, reasonably priced, and communicated clearly. Once we decided, they scheduled installation quickly and completed everything in a day. Cleanup was excellent.

  If you’re looking for a roofing company, I’d definitely suggest Western Pacific Roofing. Unlike other contractors, there was no pressure to sign immediately. They explained all options clearly and provided a fair estimate. Much better experience overall.

  We had a great experience working with Western Pacific Roofing. The contractor and office team made the process of roof replacement much less stressful. They answered all our questions and kept everything on track. The crew was efficient, finished earlier than expected, and cleaned up thoroughly. Only small suggestion would be better introduction on-site, but overall excellent service.
