Your reception hung up before I could ask if you guys do reroof or just new construction. Why advertise on places like bbb if you didnt want calls. Why are you even a business if your reception isnt answering calls properly? TRASH SERVICE 0/10

This review came from an employee of a company named B2B Roofing Sales based in Canada. They are selling roof leads, and we expressed that we are uninterested in purchasing leads from them. They did not like that and left us a 1-star review.

Able and his crew were amazing! Able took pictures and explained everything I needed done. He really cares that everything is done right. Katie, in the office was very helpful in arranging start date and answering any questions i had. Manuel & Martin removed the old roof, and laid the new roof. They were friendly, professional, and hard working. They did an awesome job and cleaned everything up afterwards. Jairo picked up the remaining materials, is so friendly and is always smiling. I would highly recommend Klam Construction, I am so happy with their work!

After getting estimates from 6 other companies, we decided to go with Abel and his team at Klam Construction. He had the most thorough proposal, explained everything and even provided a color-coded drawing so we could see what materials were going where - and why. The crew showed up on time, prepped the work area well, worked very efficiently, and cleaned up well each evening. Jairo and Katie were great at communicating with us as needed during the project too. We will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

KLAM was recommended to me by my sister, they were recommended to her by a neighbor. Abel, Hyram and crew did an awesome job on our roof. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough they were excellent. Great communication with Katie at the office. After researching dozens of companies and reading literally hundreds of reviews including KLAM's I realized no other companies reviews mentioned an interior inspection of the roof from the attic. Not only did Abel go through my attic from one end to the other he took pictures as he went and showed us several issue that we would not have know about until the tear-off which would have resulted in additional cost above the original quote. We had several unusual issues - abandoned stack from a long ago removed furnace, bathroom fans exhaust exiting through roof together and fan ducting which was too long, both of which were not to code. We also had insulation blocking the soffet vents causing moisture damage. With such a thorough inspection I feel we got a more accurate quote than we would have otherwise. The crew showed up on time and called ahead as requested so we could make sure our dogs were in. They were organized, professional, helpful and polite. They respected our property and cleaned up all debris on completion. The did a very large roof in just 2 days which was amazing and beyond expectations.

My roof had developed a few leaks over the years, and the cost of more repairs would have been a significant portion of a new roof. I had quotes from a number of different roofers, and while Klam wasn’t the cheapest it was half the price of some of the highest quotes that I received. My ventilation was upgraded with a number of new vents, plywood decking was replaced and a new roof installed. The quality of workmanship from the old to the new seems obvious now that I’ve seen both. The crew worked non stop for 2.5 days, and even accommodated another crew I had onsite to improve my attic insulation. No complaints, great work at a reasonable price.
