  UPDATE - 2026-02-18: Calling for documents regarding the install for for my records unrelated to any of this resulted in my getting grilled over the original review. It was alluded that because I have left negative reviews for businesses before (like most people, I would assume) I must just be a problematic or difficult customer. I know this business has many happy customers, I'm glad for them. I had problems with the way the job was handled and the issues that were left. Perhaps I am an outlier, that's fine, that is good for them and for other customers, but that doesn't invalidate my experience. Suggesting that I was the problem when they had to come back to fix issues, and that they 'bent over backwards' for me in fixing issues they left, is wild. I apologize if hearing I had a lone bad experience was unacceptable. I apologize if you felt slighted that I chose to leave a review instead of call again and again as I continued to find problems when the people I dealt with were vocally annoyed that I had the audacity to have problems in the first place. I apologize that I left a bad review at taco villa once and that it apparently makes me a bad person. I do hope I was the outlier, a bad day where things fell through the cracks, a freak project that is totally unlike the otherwise outstanding quality of work your business prides itself on providing. But that wasn't my experience. And the response to that experience is telling.

  Alot of problems with this company. 1. Had to come back and put a complete new roof on patio as their crew ruined the old one. 2. Had to replace the shed roof with TPO as bad job. Now the new metal roof leaks. They expect you to be on there call. Project supervisor callsand says be there in 1 hour. If told like we were that there would be a project manager onsite all the time is a lie. We love our roof just wish it was done right instead of back and fourth so many times.

  They use subcontractors that are not professional in any way or form. They leave trash all over our yard from drinks to food wrappers and completely filled our dumpster leaving us no room for a week. Half the roof was done one week and then no one showed up the next week. We had to call to find out that they didn't order enough materials. Now the front half is half done and they leave saying directions with my kids about it being too hot to work and no one comes back the next day. At this rate it's going to take 6 months to complete this small roof. West Texas doesn't call to check on progress. I wish the customer service was as good as it was when they sell you the roof.

  This review is totally correct and honest. I left town while we sent a man out to job that had always done great work and he left his kids out there to do job.Storm came up and blew trash everywhere. I take full responsibility and will make sure this never happens again.

  We chose West Texas Exteriors 15 years ago when we replaced our windows, roof, and siding. We were so pleased then and still are that when it came to putting windows in our rent house we did not get an estimate from any where else. We were not disappointed. Pete did a wonderful job on our windows. My kids were amazed at the difference. Carlos did a super job on the bathroom. We are beyond pleased with the workmanship, the cleanup, and the overall job. If we need them on another house West Texas Exteriors will get the job. Thank you. Benny and Connie Cantwell

  Superior quality materials. Impeccable detailed work. Open communication. Beautiful job. I will be using them again. I am so very pleased! Had soffit, siding, fascia, and windows wrapped. Makes such a difference to the aesthetics of the home and the wraps less dust

  I had West Texas Exteriors replace my windows and install siding on my home a few years ago. My utility bills went down considerably and my home looks great! (and I don’t ever have to worry about scraping and painting again!) But the really, really outstanding thing to me about West Texas Exteriors is their customer service which is behind compare. Not only is their work ethic wicked good— every one of them has been friendly, courteous, polite, and very, very helpful. I think they’re the best anywhere!

  This is my second review of West Texas Exteriors. They did such a great job on my windows last year that Bart was my first call when my home sustained major damage in a bad storm this year. Bart managed the entire repair from the shingles on my home roof, the metal on my barn roof, windows, gutter, trim repair and paint. I have been so happy with their work, that I recommend West Texas Exteriors to my friends and family.

  The windows and door are great! Could not of had a better experience with the installation. Linsey was so efficient and knowledgeable of her work she was amazing and the quality work was great! She was very personable and attentive to my questions and I highly recommend her.

  Bart & his crew's are amazing people to work with. I have had them do 2 projects for me & I am very pleased from the Sales person , the work crews to the office staff. Everyone are always very professional and I would recommend them for windows, door replacements & trim.
