  As a business owner, the one thing that will make me choose to not work with a company above anything else is them trying to sell to me by bad mouthing another company. After telling their sales reps I was not interested, already had a sign in my yard for the roofer I am working with, and had no interest in switching, they chose to argue with me and bad mouth the company that I chose. Whether they actually have those feelings or not, it is extremely unprofessional and distasteful. Having sales reps with this attitude sets a very poor tone for the type of company they work for. I would not recommend them based off of this alone.

  Roof-Tech was absolutely incredible to work with! After the recent hail storm in Lubbock, they came out quickly, inspected the damage, and helped guide me through the entire insurance process. I was overwhelmed at first, but their team made it simple and stress-free. They replaced my roof fast, used high-quality materials, and kept everything clean and professional the whole time. You can tell they’re local and truly care about their reputation in the community. I’m so glad I chose Roof-Tech

  They did a full roof replacement for me over off Quaker Ave in Lubbock. They were in and out and completed the full roof in one day! Pretty awesome. From the first time the Roof-Tech team came over to do the roof inspection they were friendly and professional. I had nothing but positive experiences with the salesman, office staff, and roofing crews. They even used a magnet to clean up after themselves to ensure no metal debris was left behind! It was a sight to see. I will be using them again if I ever need more roofing done.

  Ashlie evaluated two of my rental properties and I was very impressed by her professionalism. She found damage on one and not the other and I appreciate her educating me on certain things that no other roofing company has done so far I will definitely be contacting her in the future.

  Rooftech is excellent! Project management by Jose’, efficiency of his crew, respect for our property, cleanup, attention to details like replacement of exhaust pipes, adding 7 attic vents, and overall tone were splendid! We had a previous roof done in ‘07 by a bigger, more well known company; their work was inferior to Rooftech. They were also sensitive to our elderly limitations and replaced some sheet rock which was damaged by our old roof. Highly recommend.
