  I'm sorry that our staff did not meet your expectation. We have been dealing with an extremely large amount of roofing since June 5th we would like an opportunity to do better if a new roof is needed again in the future! Truly sorry we did not meet your expectations.

  I can't say I had a bad or good experience with this company because they never called me back. In my opinion just poor customer service, and they obviously don't need the business.

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Hartman Roofing in Lubbock! Justin and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. He took the time to explain every step of the process, making sure we understood what to expect, and he was always available to answer our questions. What really set Justin apart was that he went above and beyond. He connected us with other trusted local companies for our windows and additional work we needed, making the entire project so much easier. He truly held our hand through the whole process and made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and it’s clear that Hartman Roofing takes pride in doing things the right way. There’s something priceless about supporting a long-standing local company that stands behind its work and its word. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.   Dennis and I wanted to take a moment to share our wonderful experience with Alain during our recent hail claim with your company. Alain was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable of the claim process and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Our claim included new roof, windows, garage door, painting of fence and other miscellaneous items. He patiently answered all of our questions and offered helpful suggestions that made our experience smooth and enjoyable. Please pass along our thanks to Alain for his outstanding service. An employee like him is a true asset. Thank you to the roofing crew, the painters, garage door installer, window installers and heating and cooling technician.   Justin Phillips is great dealing with the insurance adjusters. He walked me thru the whole process making sure that I got all I should. Prompt service and spotless clean up. It was my third experience with Hartman and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

  Hartman Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. Not only did they have my new roof on in one day, they cleaned up better than it was, and even took some boxes off that wasn’t even part of their mess. I’m very pleased with the job they did and my new roof! I highly recommend them!
