  I chose to wait to have my roof done so that any fly by night contractors would be gone. Turns out it doesn’t matter. I had a crew from Oklahoma work on my roof. I’d asked to make sure they were local. I’d asked for protection for our landscaping which I got. But when they pulled it away and were finished my landscaping was completely torn up. I know someone came out to look at it and saw it, but nothing was mentioned. Since we had winter flowers being planted soon we left it. About a month later we have an issue with our water heater and then a week later a furnace. So much junk was allowed to come down the water heater vent it clogged it up and quit working. The furnace vent wasn’t installed correctly and it moved the unit so that it didn’t work properly. Because I was a member of my plumbing company’s mntce program they fixed both for free. Should I have called Kincaid? Probably. But I didn’t. I know that they have a great review rating and that’s why I used them. And the roof seems to be ok. But if I have to have another one done, it won’t be by them. With the cost being roughly 25-30% more than other contractors, it’s not worth it.

  I received a bid from Kincaid to replace the siding on my home on August the 2nd. Contract signed on August 27th. I was told 3 weeks to get the material, start in 4 to 6 weeks, completed 5 days after start date. At the lastest, this would have put the the completion at the end of October. Tomorrow will be December 1st. I have reached out to try and get some kind of response to no avail.

  Happy with roof job last year. Hail damaged my roof again in May Will not even give me a bid after 3 requests. Makes me wonder how good the warranty would have been Cory contacted me on Sept 2 and said he would do whatever it takes go make it right with me . As of Sept 20th I have not heard anything else

  Well we called and the guy came and gave us an estimate. I wanted them to go ahead and fix the issue because the inside of my home was being damaged by the rain water. He told me he was going to call a chimney guy then get back with me. Days passed I called him back a few time and left a message but still no response. I had no choice but to call another roofing company willing to stay in contact with me and fix my roof. The roof was fixed within 3 days after calling Hartman Roofing.

  Hey, you guys did a fantastic job! Your team was very courteous and polite. They picked up the debris and cleaned around the house and we are very pleased with everything. I also like that the drip edge flashing matched my trim color, nice touch! Thank you!

  Great experience with a fantastic locally owned roofing company. Handled our job with professionalism and made sure we were happy with the end result. We were able to upgrade our roof which in turn will allow us to receive a deduction in our Insurance premium. Thank you Kris for a great job!

  I am so thankful that Joe Alvarez walked me through the whole process of replacing my roof and gutters. He really put my mind at ease. And the roofing crew did a great job. I love my new roof! They were very organized and efficient and they cleaned up the area well!

  We had our roof replaced from damage from hail last June. The crew got to the house when they said they would be there. Worked all day and got the job done and it looked great! I was very pleased that they started out by putting tarp around the house and over my plants to protect them and catch any nails. When they left, I couldn’t even tell they had been there, other than we had a new roof. Brien Westbrook came by after the job was done to follow-up. We were very pleased by a job well done!

  My neighbor just had their roof installed by Kincaid. I can't speak to the roof quality but their roofer employees used our dumpster in our paved alley as a toilet. (Taking a crap) Not sanitary for the residents in the area! This is not a good look for your business! Just glad one of the kids or women didn't have to see that. You should provide portable toilets for your workers.

We have not installed a roof the last 10 or so because of the weather and would like to know the address of the property where said incident occurred. Update: Steve, thank you for reaching back out to us with the job address. We reached out to our foreman with the details your provided. We learned that one of the team members on that crew had was recovering from a stomach bug and apparently reported back to work before he probably should have. Please accept our apologies as what you witnessed is not SOP and not in any way a reflection on the quality and professionalism we strive for daily. With that said, I think that we can all agree that when nature calls sometimes our options are very limited, especially in light of recovering from a stomach bug. Respectfully, Kris Kincaid.

  Kincaid roofing just installed my new roof this week. It took them two days to fully complete the job. Super impressed with the quality of the job. I’m even more impressed after walking every inch of my property looking for nails left behind I did not find one nail. I highly recommend Kincaid roofing. Top notch and very professional.

  I started using Kincaid Roofing almost a decade ago. Not only do they install a superior roof, they also have top-notch customer service. My roof has been replaced twice by Kincaid (most recently last fall), and both times, the roof is perfect and quickly installed, the team is easy to work with and cleans up thoroughly each day, and Kris is the best communicator. He is quick to reply and always kind and courteous. My grandmother recommended them before I moved into this house as she used them for years and loved them. I'm so glad I listened to her! She passed away almost a week ago, so I'm leaving this review for both of us! Thank you Kris and team!
