  I wanted to upgrade my windows which were contractors double pane to something better due to noise since I live right off Milwaukee. My windows were perfectly fine they didn’t need to be replaced I chose for them to be replace. After talking to a salesman he insured me that their windows would help with the noise problem. One window that was going to be an upgrade window was suppose to eliminate the general car noise. The upgrade window barely toned down the traffic noise and the other window I feel like you can hear the traffic more now. Pete was an excellent and nice installer. Just wish I would have got more bang for my buck after spending almost 7k for 2 windows. My problem is still not fixed, back to square one.

  Would not recommend. Fascia does not match existing fascia. Felt like for a $2100.00 job that took less than half a day that the 45 feet of new fascia should match the existing profile. This is Jay Roberts. This is in response to your reply. We feel like you should have known about our dissatisfaction from the letter that was enclosed with the check stating as much. The check has been cashed. They both were mailed inside the box of coffee mugs. Obviously they were returned as we had no desire to advertise for your firm. As far as the beam we had to take it apart and resquare it to trim out the ceiling of our porch. And by the way it has not been several weeks that we talked. It was August 28th. The day after the job was done.

  Prompt. Professional. Honest. The gold standard for roofing, siding and windows in West Texas. Gave me an honest assessment of my roof after a storm. Many of my clients have utilized them for roofs, windows and siding and had wonderful experiences.

  Our previous review on Jones & Associates has not changed as we just finished on having the remaining windows installed on our home and got the same high quality service and product as before. From Randy guiding us to what would work best to the installers Jake and Peter we were completely confident that our money was well spent. Trust means a lot and Jones & Associates delivered every time.

  Excellent service! Excellent results! My new patio door is beautiful. Installed with top-notch perfection. The Fabrication of the door is beyond My expectations. I would definitely recommend Jones and associates for any windows or doors.

  We had to replace our roof, and Will from Jones and Associates gave us straight forward estimates and plainly explained what the crews would do. The whole process from signing the contract to the day they replaced the roof was smooth with no surprises. Everyone was friendly and the stellar crew finished our roof in only 7 hours! It looks like a whole new house. I would recommend Jones and Associates to anyone who needs a new roof.

  Jones & Associates replaced my steel siding in 2015. It is 2026, and my siding looks as good now as it did over eleven years ago. My experience with Jones & Associates back then was stellar. I don’t remember if I wrote a review back then, but sometimes it’s good to do one after a long time so that you can see how the product performed. I can tell you that they use the best material. The two young brothers who did my installation back then were meticulous in their work. They were neat and polite and the detail work they did on my trim corners was just amazing. They were very quiet as they worked and did not waste a moment. They cleaned up better than I have ever seen. I am now in the market for windows and doors. Who am I going to call? The Jones Boys. I see from the recent reviews that they still do great work. The proof really is in the pudding. I live in Snyder.

  We choose Jones and Associates since many places do not do facia. Fortunately they do roofing and facia repair. Our roof and facia look great! Everyone was courteous and professional, from the inspection, to the installers, and talking with staff over the phone. The installation crew had their materials delivered late, but worked into the late evening and cleaned up very well. It was dark out when they finished, but stayed until everything was finished. I was amazed at how well they cleaned in the dark! I definitely recommend Jones and Associates to anyone needing home repair!

  Pete screened my back door. He did an excellent job and was very courteous. I recommend Jones and Associates for all my handy man needs. I will continue to use this company as I need repairs.
