I have spent my entire career in property management and have worked with hundreds of vendors on countless projects. I feel fortunate to have found Joe Calderon with Integrity Roofing & Construction. Joe understands the unique challenges of working on multifamily properties, including the additional planning, communication, and safety considerations required for a successful project. Over the years, I have confidently referred him to friends and family. I was recently compelled to write this review after Joe and the Integrity team replaced the roof on my family’s home in Portland. They did a wonderful job supporting my family during a difficult time, and their communication throughout the project was excellent. I will continue to recommend Joe and Integrity Roofing & Construction for my properties, as well as to my friends and family.

Called Integrity Roofing after putting off my roof for way too long. Glad I finally did. They came out, gave me a straight answer on what actually needed fixing instead of trying to upsell me, and the quote was fair. Crew was respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and got it done when they said they would. No headaches, no surprises. Would definitely use them again.

When insulation blocks the intake vents under your eaves, it can restrict the airflow your attic ventilation system needs. A roof baffle helps solve the problem by keeping the insulation pushed back and creating a clear channel for air to travel from the intake vent into the attic space. That small gap may not look like much, but it plays an important role in keeping air moving through the ventilation system. Proper attic ventilation starts with proper airflow. Think your insulation may be blocking your vents? Let's get that checked out.16 hours agoLearn more
