  We had Werner replace several roofs in our condo association. Many have skylights and every one leaked the first winter after installation. They had not been leaking before this. Werner attributes it to the harsh winter and refuses to stand behind their work. We will now have to hire someone else to fix the problem created by Werner.

  I would rate Werner a “ZERO”. Took over 4 months to get my roof replaced, and it isn’t satisfactory. In the 4 months of waiting, they had my $20,000 down payment, the roof leaked and caused more internal damages. I wonder how many other …

  Thank you for the review. Unfortunately, the delivery of the custom size, special order skylights took much longer than we were hoping. Sometimes these large, multi trade projects (Roofing, skylights, facia, seamless gutters) take awhile to complete all aspects of construction to the high quality we demand at Werner Roofing. Unfortunately, the water intrusion issues at the deck-to-house connection fall outside the scope of the services we provide, and we did not want to move forward with a proposal that would not solve the underlying problem for you.   Was given estimate date that changed via email many times, was in no rush to have roof completed. After two weeks of wasted time, I was told my job was not big enough and they were not interested. Good luck

  THE ROOFING CREW WAS NOT A TRAINED ROOFING CREW. THEY HAD NO CLUE ON THIS GABLED ROOF SYSTEM LET ALONE HOW TO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ANY ENGLISH. IF IT WASN'T FOR THE OFFICE SENDING GUYS WHO KNOW HOW TO ROOF THIS JOB WOULD HAVE BEEN THE WORST JOB EVER. I HAVE BEEN IN CONSTRUCTION FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND WORKED HAND IN HAND WITH OTHER ROOFERS AND THIS JOB WAS NOT DONE RIG FROM THE START. STICK TO LANDSCAPING OR SOMETHING THIS CREW CAN DO!

  Two appointments made and was stood up on both. Unprofessional. I was looking forward to working with this company as it does look like they have many good reviews, unfortunately I did not get this experience. Maybe just a lack in the individual assigned to my job..?..

  We contacted Werner Roofing to address a leak in our ceiling. They had appointments within the week for evaluation. Chip was able to spot the issue and correct it. He was friendly and professional, and we are so happy to have this fixed!

  Marc did a great job yesterday. He came over and put a diversion on my roof. It was Sunday and I was very impressed with that and I think anyone doesn’t want to use Warner roofing should really take a class in another school.

  Chip came out same day I called to inspect leak. Suggested remedy and acted on fix in extremely timely manner (faster than I anticipated)! Communication was excellent. Repair excellent. And price unbelievable because they did not charge for this presumably minor repair for them but major problem for me if not repaired. Cannot thank Werner and Chip enough. Will use as needed in the future and recommend their service to everyone.
