  Left a bad taste in my mouth. Despite being “old friends “ with my husband was not helpful or responsive when reached out with concerns about things not done properly when roofing work done. Crew took out chimney and was supposed to put a vent in its place and never did had to get them to come back to put it in. They removed the vent that stretched across from bathroom into garage and instead of taking it out with them they left it in the attic. When I reached out bc I noticed leaking into ceiling I got brushed off. Very less than impressed. Definitely talk to talk but don’t follow through with personal attention and making sure things get done properly.

  I have not hired this company but this company began tearing a roof down at 630am on a Saturday morning. No consideration for neighbors. I would not recommend them . When I asked to speak to the job supervisor the workers put thier hands in the air and laughed.

  I have been working with a salesman from Sharp since last year (August) - the sales man was friendly and to my knowledge was working with my insurance to approve damages before scheduling, it was the end of November and they couldn’t replace it because of weather?? We signed a contract and had a date scheduled (dates changed ). I tried to reach out to confirm and no response. The gentleman I was working with no longer worked there, nobody would return my calls and the damage to my child’s room doubled, water leaking from the roof they put a tarp on, months later they sent someone out, he seen the water coming in all over my sons keyboard and other items! I called and called and they told me they basically lost my file, put the “no lead” drawer.... All my pictures and paperwork- gone.... missing and nobody even knew about the salesman working with my insurance! Now my insurance is giving me the worst time due to lack of communication and timing.... Mind you... I signed a contact with Sharp - not the salesman! I would have chose a different company to go with and none of this damage would have occurred, legally I didn’t know I was allowed to use another company when contracted with another. This is very sad and could have all been prevented, they have offered nothing and will not respond, hate to write a bad public review on a company but for them to know that this is happening to my child’s room and not offer to get up there and tarp it or schedule me before snow!fall is / was wrong.

  The folks that did the work on my roof were all very professional . Cleanup was complete and well done. I would recommend Sharp to anyone looking to have roofing work done. The lead person told and showed me of a couple problems they ran across and everything was taken care of. I am very happy with the work performed by the SHARP TEAM.

  The Sharp team did a great job converting a section of our deck to composite flooring from wood. It was a challenging section with lots of cut-outs necessary for various a/c, gas lines, etc. but they did a super job.

  Everyone through the whole process has been great to work with. Nathan was really helpful in explaining everything and keeping me up to date. The roof install was done in 1 day and the trash bin was gone the next. The guys that did the install were very nice and respectful. I haven't found 1 nail in the yard. They were very thorough with the install and cleanup. I highly recommend this LOCAL roofing company for any repairs to the house. I will be using their services again for other installs. I'd like to add the roof looks very SHARP!!

  Sharp Roofing did a great job from start to finish. They fully explained the process at quoting, followed up, were competitive in price and the final product is great. They did a fantastic job of clean up. Fully recommend.

  All around perfect. The price was the best, the salesman was not high pressure and very straightforward. The crew was fantastic! A well-oiled machine that was here at the crack of dawn and stayed until dark the first day. They were quiet and friendly and super hardworking. I would highly recommend Sharp!

  Sharp exceeded our expectations in every way. The crew was very professional and worked very hard each of the 3 days of our project. My wife made the crew homemade cookies because we were so impressed by their hard work and attention to detail.

  Highly recommend Sharp Roofing. The staff made the experience easy from quote to final inspection. The installation crew was on time, experienced and more than thorough. They did an excellent job on the roof and clean up.
