Big thank you to Lake Michigan Construction! We had a leaky roof surprise us this past week, and they came out quickly to take care of it. They found a solution that will prevent any further damage while giving us time to save for a new roof—a solution I’m not sure every company would have offered. At no point did we feel pressured into an expensive replacement or forced sales pitch. Instead of leaving us thinking, “How are we supposed to come up with $15,000 ASAP?”, they gave us an honest, practical option that fit our situation. It rained again this weekend, and guess what? The rain stayed outside!

Nick, Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed and honest review. We’re glad to hear you were happy with the quoting process, color selection, and how the garage siding and side door turned out. I also sincerely apologize for the cleanup issue. Finding nails left behind is not acceptable, and I completely understand your concern, especially with your son helping pick them up. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will be addressing it with the crews so we can do better going forward. Thank you again for trusting Lake Michigan Construction with your project. We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad you’re happy with the finished look of your garage.
