They were wonderful to work with when we first bought our house in 2021, and there was a leak. And now the leak is back in action, and I cannot get them to come by and fix it. They said they would be come by several times and never did. And then every time I call, I am told they will call back and never do. And I got tired of having to chase them down. So I had to hire another company who also noted some issues with the original repair. So unfortunate.

Good morning Jillian. Very sorry you feel this way! We did come out and fix a leak you had in 2021. We preformed a “repair”. We did not tear anything off and install new shingles in the dormer area. We charged $150 to apply sealant in a few areas which as you have noted has held up for 4+ years. We preformed the job we solicited to you. This review is unwarranted based on the fact that we preformed a repair not a full replacement of shingles. My apologies for not being able to swing by and address your new concerns!

I hired Webb Brothers Roofing to replace a leaking skylight. They came out and measured the existing light. Then proceeded to install a skylight that was too small. They tried to make up for the short light by adding wood inside the house. I had repeatedly called and asked them to come back and fix this. They would not return calls.I finally hired another company to replace the light with the correct size. Pictures before and after after show how shoddy the workmanship was. I will share the photos if anyone is interested? Vince D.

Webb Brothers Roofing and Construction had replaced a roof for one of my properties under an insurance claim, the process was very smooth and it did not require more than a simple conversation with the adjuster on my part (they handled the …

I contacted Brandon about getting an estimate for installing a standing-seam metal roof on my new pavilion. He arrived on time and promptly provided the estimate. After receiving several other estimates we decided to award the contract to Webb Bros. Again, Brandon arrived at the agreed upon time, coordinated with the metal roof vendor and installed the roof over several days, on time and per the contract specs. He and his crew then cleaned up all the job debris carried it away. My wife and I are extremely happy with our new roof and with Webb Brothers Roofing. We highly recommend their services in you are in need of a new roof or need roof repair!

Contacted this company about a new metal roof on my barn. They were very prompt on estimate and after approval of price they always kept me informed of delivery of material and then kept me informed of installation date and showed up on time. They promptly installed , cleaned up and were finished just as they said. I am a very happy customer. I will definitely use there company again in the future and do highly recommend them.
