  I reached out in June of 2025 about a leak. It took another message and 2 months to get a response. I was told they would come fix it. It’s been a year ago today that I first reached out and it still isn’t fixed. I had all of our gutters and downspouts replaced. I also got the lifetime guaranteed gutter covers. That was done in May of 2024. I simply wanted a leak fixed so I wasn’t walking out in the rain to water pouring onto us cause the leak is over the porch. I see that I got a response on here but couldn’t be responded to by text or a phone call. I was told my warranty was a lifetime warranty. I haven’t been able to find my paperwork. Since you obviously have the record to know my warranty was expired could you please provide me a copy of it? If it was expired then why did you agree to come fix it? I spoke to you on the phone more than once about it. You had me send you pictures. Why go through that if it was expired?

  Yes, Barbara you’re correct your home was in awful shape, and had decay wood all over it due to The fact that you didn’t maintain your home and perform maintenance as needed over the years and that warranty had expired can you expect us to do work for free?   I watched the tech on my cameras literally do NOTHING but climb up and down a ladder. Was at my house for less than 30 minutes. Owner won’t put in writing what they did but charges $195 for them to even show up. Find someone else.

  Brett I explained everything to you in detail ,what the cost would be and You said yes, that would be fine and your wife was all upset because there was a animal stuck in the gutter so we came out immediately after stopping another job and after I discussed the process And Price with you in detail twice and you agreed to it. After getting to the property it appear that your wife was INTOXICATED or something? There was nothing in the gutter. We removed it, cleaned it out and put it back, then came back out the next day to do an inspection for you and reseal your gutters at no additional charge. we went out of our way to help you and Yes, we did have sealer and a cordless drill for tightening Fasters and reselling the Gutter we do this on a daily basis so I cannot understand why you would leave such a review knowing these things In advance. i’m sure you may have seen him on camera climb up and back down without anything in his hands that's not at all unusual we usually inspect and see what we need and go to the truck and get it ;we do that all the time. So post the videos let’s see all of them or remove this post if not, then, Google should remove it if you can’t do that. now you have what we did in writing.

  There was no defective product whatsoever . Stacy your warranty expired long before you contact me. You had more than enough time during your warranty If there was an issue to contact me, you waited till after your warranty expired to contact me and tell me there was an issue ,you had no right whatsoever to leave this review . I honored my contract done the job there was no issue with the work . This review should not have been left and Google should remove it

  I would highly recommend Todd and his crew. They did a great job on installing our gutters. We had an issue with a gutter during a downpour. Todd's crew was here in 20 minutes during the rain. Fixed our issue. Couldn't be happier

  Todd and his crew were very professional, efficient and prompt. Todd answers and returns phone calls very promptly. So refreshing in theses days when others ghost you or never return calls requesting service. I had gutter repair and exchanged inadequate leaf guards for new ones. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and I will use the service if needed in the future!
