  Been trying to get a bathroom mildew situation mitigated for a month. I have been waiting for a quote for over two weeks and can not get an answer. I have to keep calling and reminding and feel as if I am having to stay on top of them. If I can’t even get a quote I doubt I would get service. My realtor highly recommended them and I have since called her at let her know she may think to recommend someone else. I understand you get busy…but if I wasn’t calling them I guarantee they would have forgotten about me weeks ago.

  Very responsive at first with the potential for a new roof. Once we got everything approved thru insurance and paid them the first part of the roof, they took 20 days to get our roof on (last Saturday). There are They have not answered a single phone call since I paid them only July 18 and we still don’t have a schedule set for the interior work to be completed. I will not use this company again.

  Mr. Thornley, we are sorry you feel this way. We have performed an internal review and feel the text communication between you and one of our associates was more than acceptable. Your interior work could not be scheduled until the completion of your roof. Like every contractor, we have jobs continuously and must get you on the schedule accordingly. I believe you spoke with Clay this morning also. We have you on the schedule for interior work next week. If a less than two week turn around for interior buildback is unacceptable for you, we will be happy to collect the remaining balance due for your roof and you can handle arranging your interior to meet your expectations.

  We contracted with CAMCO Services to perform work on our house. They never finished what was contracted, and the items they did complete took months. It took nearly a year to finally get in touch with someone to come to an agreement to only pay for the services that were completed. I would not use them again, and would not recommend.

  We couldn’t be happier with the work CAMCO Roofing did on our historic home. They completed a full shingle roof replacement along with a flat roof replacement, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Owning a historic home comes with additional requirements, and CAMCO made the process incredibly easy by handling all of the paperwork, certifications, and coordination required through the historical society on our behalf. Their knowledge and attention to detail gave us complete confidence that everything was being done correctly. From the beginning, their communication and customer service were outstanding. They went above and beyond to work within our tight timeline, carefully coordinating the installation around the weather to ensure the project was completed quickly without ever compromising quality. Their crew was professional, efficient, respectful of our property, and took obvious pride in their craftsmanship. The finished roof looks absolutely beautiful and complements the character of our home perfectly. If you’re looking for a roofing company that delivers exceptional workmanship, outstanding customer service, and truly goes the extra mile, I cannot recommend CAMCO Roofing highly enough. They made what could have been a stressful project seamless from start to finish. Extra special shoutout to Andrew!

  I can not say enough good things about this company. Amber, Hoover, Will and everyone on the team were top notch..professional, knowledgeable and very responsive throughout the entire process. They did an exceptional job from start to finish and made this stressful experience much easier. I would highly reccomend them. I hope I never have a water leak again, but if I do they will be my first and only call.

  Andrew and the Camco team replaced my roof and did an outstanding job. They communicated, were on time, and cleaned up nicely once they finished. I highly recommend Camco for all your roofing & clean-up needs!

  CAMCO did an excellent job replacing our roof in one day that was damaged by wind and hail. The crew also did a fantastic job cleaning up around the house after the job was complete. Dustin, salesman, tarped our roof to prevent further interior damage, assisted with the insurance paperwork, and followed up when the job was complete. We would definitely recommend CAMCO for roofing services.

  Our home flooded on Christmas Day. Camco has been there for us every step of the way and we couldn’t be more Impressed with their communication , professionalism and thorough work. I will Recommend them to anyone! They have made a terrible situation seem bearable and created a plan and a process to move forward! 5 stars all the way !

  We were very happy with the work that CANCO did for us from start to finish. They were very responsive from the very beginning and we're easy to get in touch and communicate with. They always went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with each step during the build back and with the final outcome. I would highly recommend them.
