this started because we noticed some staining on the ceiling after a heavy rain and figured the roof was overdue. asked a few people and WE Pro came recommended so i reached out. the estimator came by, got up on the roof and actually showed me photos of what was going on up there instead of just talking at me. the quote was clear, no weird add ons or vague line items. we booked and they gave us a date that worked. on the day the crew rolled in early and knocked out the tear off and replacement quicker than i thought. i kept expecting delays but they just kept moving. they were good about telling me where things stood, like when they'd be making noise or when they were wrapping for the day. the new roof looks great from the street and more importantly no more leaks through the next few rains! what stood out was how tidy everything was after. no nails in the driveway, no piles of old shingles left sitting around. they also mentioned they do windows and siding if we ever wanted to update those and left it at that, didnt push. the whole process from first call to finish ran organized and at no point i felt like i was chasing them for answers. would reach out to them again if we need the siding done.

first time meeting the WE Pro guys was during the estimate and the rep actually got up on the roof instead of just eyeballing it from the driveway like the last two companies did. came back down with photos and showed me exactly what was going on up there. that alone made me feel better about going with them. signed the contract about a week later and they had us scheduled within the month. tear off day was loud obviously but the crew had tarps everywhere protecting the landscaping and the AC unit. they worked fast, three days total including cleanup. the new roof looks clean from the curb, ridge lines straight, gutters are still tied in right. cleanup was thorough, walked the yard with a magnet for nails. they also mentioned siding work which we might do next year. solid experience overall and id call them back

Full roof replacement done by WE Pro and it looks really good. Went with a darker shingle color this time and its a big visual upgrade from.the faded gray we had before. The ridge line is straight, flashing is clean around the vents. The whole thing was done in a day which was impressive for the size of our roof.

WE Pro tore off our old roof and put on new architectural shingles. I kept going outside to check on things and the way they worked around the vents and edges was really precise. The color we picked ended up looking way better than the sample, so that was a nice surprise.

Had a section of the roof where water was pooling after every rain and eventually it started warping the decking underneath. We Pro did a full replacement with better slope correction and it drains fine now.

The roof used to drag the whole look of the house down. After the new roofing, it suddenly looks updated and well cared for. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.
