  While the roof looks great, I think the team that did the work on our site was sloppy, I still find random nails and shingles around my garden. Also 3-4 months after our roof was replaced, we suddenly had an issue with one of our smoke detector's malfunctioning. The smoke detector had a water leak and we discovered that the bathroom vent was not properly attached to the roof exhaust. We were charged $200 for this vendor to look and re-attach this bathroom vent exhaust. And maybe we didn't ask the right questions but this could have all been avoided if we were properly educated as consumers about the itemized jobs in their contract and really not even make re-attaching a bathroom vent exhaust as optional. If it was attached before, it should be re-attached after the roofing work is complete.

  ******BUYERS BEWARE******** Regretfully hired this company to re-do the roofing on my home. After agreeing to the estimate and providing 50% the total payment cost they informed me it would take OVER 9 WEEKS to receive the roofing material finally start construction. After they had performed their "FINAL INSPECTION" the roof looked rushed and the layout was UNEVEN. When I asked them to fix my roof they informed me " THE ROOF PASSED ALL INSPECTIONS." Think twice before deciding to do business with these scammers.

  I had A.B.Edward replace our shingles and gutters after seeing the good work of their crews over several years and because their showroom nearby let us easily compare materials as needed. They started the job promptly and finished it on time and without cost overruns. There were no problems on completion, and there are no problems four seasons later. I am totally satisfied with their performance and will look to them again for future projects.

  Ny experience with AB Edwards is always a positive one. They are wonderful to have around, they are always punctual, they come fast if I have something I'm really worrying about. I've used many roofers in my day, but they stand out as being the top of the pack. Do not hesitate to use them!

  I can't say enough good things about A.B. Edwards. They have done multiple projects for me including roofing, power washing, gutters, tuck pointing, and painting and all are of the highest quality, done in a timely fashion with great workmen. Andy couldn't be nicer, more responsive, and their pricing is fair and reasonable. The scheduling and communication is done extremely well so you always know what's going on. I wouldn't consider anyone else for my home repairs.

  Had a great experience working with A.B. Edward. The owner, Bo came out and had great suggestions and feedback on how to accomplish the two projects I was looking to have quoted. A.B. helped me fix structural issues with the front porch and built a new shed in the backyard. Both projects came out excellent. The team that completed the work were friendly and professional. A terrace on a flat roof? No problem for us 🫡 👉 With this type of project, it is important to remember about a proper drainage system—in the photo, you can see black pads under the joists. They ensure that the wood will not rot and that the terrace will serve you for many years. 👉 There must be a suitable coating under the joists to protect the flat roof from water ingress. 👉 We have utilized the space under the stairs by installing a door and creating a storage area—perfect for tools or garden furniture.Mar 19, 2026
