We hired Capital Construction last year to replace our roof and gutters. Our living room roof had significant water leaks. We tried to contact the owner repeatedly to fix the leaks under their workmanship warranty since January 2026. The owner has not responded.

Used this company after hail damage. Service at first was prompt and everything looked good. 3 years later, we have a leaky roof and skylight. We have tried to contact them, they took our name and forwarded it to "operations department" but no followup. We have tried multiple times to contact them and they are not responsive. They're not following through on their 5 year labor warranty. BEWARE!!!

After our home was damaged by hail, Capital Construction and Restoration made the entire process as easy as possible. They provided a free roof inspection, helped us file our insurance claim, and met with the insurance adjuster to ensure all of the damage was properly documented so we received the best possible coverage. They were able to fully replace our roof and gutters, and the quality of the work was excellent. What really stood out was working with Homin, our main point of contact who guided us through every step of the process—from the initial inspection to the final installation. They were responsive, professional, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless. I highly recommend Capital Construction and Restoration to anyone dealing with storm damage or in need of a roof replacement. Their expertise, communication, and customer service were outstanding.

I have nothing but good things to say about Capital Construction and Renovation and their crew. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. The manager who was most involved in the roofing project was Hector Abonce. Not only was he responsive, but he’s very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend Capital and Hector.

They replaced our roof, siding, gutters, etc. after the last storm damage of October 2023. Elijah stayed on top of things every step of the way from the beginning to the end, but what impressed us the most was that he never bickered or argued with us to prove us wrong, like some other roofers did before, and never made anything a big deal. Instead, he never minded to take care of any nuance or anything in question, e.g. they paid for the whole house wash after their siding contractors brought dusty (new) siding and got their hands dirty and left some marks on siding and trim - no questions or objections from Elijah - boom,.. done! The same was with any little thing or question: he promptly came over, checked, and took care of that. He was always very friendly, and so was his staff/office. Great job, thanks!

We chose Capital Construction to replace our old damaged roof and gutters. Mike was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered all questions that we had. He reached out to the insurance company, explained us the process. Thanks to Mike’s professionalism our claim was approved. He followed up with us throughout the entire time. He made sure we were satisfied with every detail. Our roof and gutters look amazing. I feel that Capital Construction is a company that values its customers and I would recommend it without hesitation.
