decided to get a siding estimate based on all the glowing 5-star Google reviews. Lots of automated reminders leading up to my estimate appointment but zero communication after. The visit was on 6/24 and it is now 8/1 with no quote or follow-up in sight. Not sure how they were able to maintain 5-star reviews here.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for your experience. After looking into your file, we discovered that we had an incorrect email address on record for the proposal. While our automated appointment confirmations and text message reminders were delivered successfully, it appears there may have been a glitch with our proposal software that prevented your estimate from reaching you. We've corrected the email address and have resent your proposal today. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait without receiving your estimate or a follow-up, and we apologize for that. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, as it allowed us to identify and correct the issue. If you have any questions about the proposal or would like to discuss your project, please don't hesitate to reach out. We appreciate the opportunity and hope to earn back your confidence. All the best, Bak Brothers, Inc

Do not recommend, we had Artur come to our home for a quote. Since the request didn't match what information he brought I assume that's why we never heard from him again on a proposal. We will be proceeding with another contractor.

Outstanding quality service at a reasonable price. They are good at recommending changes that are helpful, and are excellent at checking that the customer is pleased with the results of their work. This is the second time I’ve used them and I have such confidence in the quality of their services and the reasonableness of their price that I didn’t bother to get a second quote for this last project.

We recently had our windows and front door installed by Bak Brothers, Inc., and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They took the time to walk us through options and made thoughtful recommendations that actually fit the scale and style of our home—not just standard, builder-grade solutions. That level of attention to detail made a huge difference in the final result. Installation was seamless and extremely clean. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and clearly takes pride in their work. Everything was done carefully and correctly—no shortcuts. The finished look completely elevated our home. The windows are beautifully proportioned and high quality, and the front door feels substantial, secure, and exactly what we envisioned. Communication was consistent throughout, and the entire process felt organized and well-managed. Highly recommend if you care about craftsmanship and want it done right the first time.
