QUALITY OF WORK SUCKS.!!!These guys replace my shingles did the whole roof, and I have been calling them back every few months because shingles keep flying off from the least little wind. Now I have water damage to my roof.

Wayne Sanchez was recommended to us, we called to set up an appt, the guy told us Monday December at 1030am. My husband took off work to wait on them to show as they said they would. No show, and not even a call, my husband has tried contacting them all day, no answer or call back. My husband even text him, still nothing. I don't understand if this is how you run a business, how do you even have one. If you can't show, call. Simple curtousy goes a long way. I would NOT recommend any business who doesn't keep their word. Did I mention my husband took off and waited around for someone to show.....

Very honest, reliable company. They did a very large ranch house in one day, and it looks great. I am very happy with the results and the 5 yr leak protection warranty. I would recommend Wayne Sanchez Roofing to friends and family.

Wayne Sanchez Roofing replaced a metal roof for me on a 215 year old house. Workmanship was professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. I would certainly use this contractor again.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the quality work that was done at our home by Wayne Sanchez Roofing. Additionally, the company demonstrates a high level of professionalism throughout the process. They provided us with a free estimate and were able to start the job within two-three weeks. We would recommend Wayne Sanchez Roofing and would be glad to use them for any future needs that we might have. Very satisfied! You won't go wrong with Wayne Sanchez Roofing!

Wayne Sanchez Roofing! We are so very happy we went with them. They are very professional, friendly, hardworking. Our roof was severely damaged, Fredi kept my husband updated on the project with pictures and calls through out the day and half. The crew arrived early and started work right away. They cleaned up before they left, they had put tarps and plastic around the area to catch the debris. They made sure no nails or other debris was left. The estimate is free, and they will work with you. They price is very good, a lot cheaper, the products they use are excellent quality and their work is excellent as well. So I would highly recommended them. Thank you Fredi Sanchez and your crew who worked on the Brandy Avenue house!
