  I must commend Premier Roof on the excellent job they did installing my new roof and gutters. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of the work, especially considering this was an investment of over $21,000. Scott told me the crew would arrive around 6:30 AM, and I was pleasantly surprised when the workers started pulling up shortly after 6 AM I appreciated that they were punctual and ready to get started. The roof installation was completed in one day, that included the installation and cleanup. The gutters were installed the following day. Byron also did a good job communicating with me throughout the process and keeping me informed as the work progressed. The crew worked efficiently, and I was pleased with the overall installation and cleanup. That said, there are a few things that I feel need to be addressed. During the initial sales process, I was told by my sales representative that upgrading to a particular project/product would qualify me for a discount on my homeowners insurance and its lifetime warranty. I was later informed by my insurance representative that this was not true. Unfortunately, I made the upgrade based in part on that representation, so I feel that was somewhat misleading. I have also been waiting since June for a quote regarding changing my siding, and as of now, I still have not received it. That lack of follow-through has been very disappointing. Lastly, I have an issue with the way the lifetime warranty is being presented. I was told that upgrading the roofing gives me lifetime warranty would be provided at no additional charge. and all they are asking for me to do is to leave a google review. However, my invoice shows a $199 charge associated with the lifetime warranty. If I choose not to leave a review, I was told that I would receive the standard warranty instead. In my opinion, tying the upgraded warranty to leaving a review is misleading, particularly when the company says they don't charge for it while the invoice

  Premier Roofing Company was on point from start to finish ! They communicated with me on each step of the process. I received emails with links as to what to expect during the project. Bryon the production lead was very professional and well mannered. The team arrived at 6:30 AM on the morning and by 3:00 PM they were cleaning up and done. My new roof looks fantastic 💃🏽 Thanks again Premier Roofing for a job well done.

  Premier Roofing was so great and easy to work with. I would not have chosen them if had not been for Eddie! There have been multiple other roofers knock on my door and none of them stuck out like Eddie. He was unbelievably professional and very easy to talk to. The process from the day he knocked until the very last nail was picked up, was so very easy thanks to him and the production team. I highly recommend going with Premier Roofing and asking for Eddie to be your go to guy!

  The entire experience was great from the inspection process, the communication with them, and the actual replacement of the roof . We had hail damage and some loose shingles.It was a pleasure working with Daniel Welch on the inspection and David Bundy on the details of having it done. From working with the insurance to the picking out of our shingles everything was top notch...Byron Stokes and his crew did a great job on the installation and left the yard spotless and the house looking great....   We had a great experience working with David Bundy and Premier Roofing Company. David was very helpful and kept us updated throughout the entire process. He inspected our roof, met with our insurance adjuster, went over our roof and gutter options and scheduled the installation. He also kept in touch with personal visits, email and texts and answered questions and made sure we were informed and satisfied with the process, workmanship and final product. The crew showed up on time, completed the project efficiently, protected our home during the process and did a thorough cleanup. We were very pleased with the entire process, start to finish, and our new roof and gutters look great!!!! Totally recommend working with David and the Premier Roofing Team and we have already recommended them to friends!!!!!

  Premier did an awesome job on my recent roof project. From start to finish, Daniel, Derek and the entire crew were informative, transparent and very responsive. From initial estimate to final cleanup, everything was managed professionally with helpful guidance and timely updates.   Premier Roofing has been wonderful from the beginning. After some major hailstorms, our neighborhood had a lot of damage but we didn’t feel that our house did. Many roofing companies would call or knock on our door we wouldn’t answer however one day we did answer our door and it was Premier Roofing and they were so nice and kind and they seemed so genuine, so we talked with them and they looked at our roof and submitted it to our insurance company. Our insurance company promptly approved us for a new roof and the best part was Premier Roofing was one of their preferred vendors so we were able to use Premier Roofing and had the best experience. Everyone that we worked with was very helpful and answered any of our questions and responded very quickly with any text messages that we sent. Our roof is beautiful and we are very pleased with the work that they did. I would highly recommend Premier Roofing to everyone.

  We had a great experience working with Premier Roofing Company. Our first contact with Sean Barrett incredible. Sean is very knowledgeable and helped us understand the damage that had been caused to our roof. Sean proactively helped us understand the process for getting our roof repaired. Sean was very helpful when we were communicating with our insurance company and facilitated a hand off to Derek Burton, Pruduction Lead, on the day our roof was replaced. The crew that completed the work was amazing from beginning to end. They protected my plants and laid tarps to catch the old roofing materials. They worked non-stop and were very respectful to my family. The crew cleaned up all the roofing material and trash. I could not tell they had been working on my roof. We are so pleased with how our roof looks and genuinely appreciative of the service and support we received from Sean, Derek, the crew, and Premiere Roofing Company.

  My husband and I are extremely happy with Premier Roofing. From the initial contact with Premier Roofing they were always on time with estimates and the roofing crew came on time. Both Daniel the inspector and Chris project manager were both, professional, knowledgeable, and so very helpful with our roofing project. They did agreat job cleaning up. I was also impressed that when they stopped forl lunch they cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave trash laying around. We are so happy that we found Premier Roofing. I recommend them and have already recommended them to my to a few of my friends. I would give them 10 stars if I could
