  Awful people. They said they were going to fix my roof they came and looked at everything. Then there was no communication. I had to chase them down their excuse was that they still had to bring another person in. So I gave them the time and the date passed that they said they were going to do that. So I had to chase them down again. They then saidthat they had gotten the second person and that they were going to be giving me an estimate. The estimate never came so I texted the number that I was told to text and they ghosted me. This whole process took four weeks where they strung me along. So after being ghosted for another week after the deadline, I finally got one of them on the phone and they now say they will not be doing the roof because they do not like the fact that the money was going to be transferred from Europe. Mind you, they never called me to tell me this, I had to chase them down. They have no work ethic or professionalism. They also know that I am disabled and that it is very hard for me to actually get help they didn't care. I would not recommend them.

  We were preparing my father's house (who had just passed away) to sell and we needed a new roof. I researched roofing companies and Midsouth came highly recommended by a friend. I contacted them and Dillon came out quickly. He was very sensitive to the fact we were grieving and was very personable and not pushy. He explained all the costs and options and was very informative. After a day or so, we decided to go with Midsouth and we are so glad we did. The crew worked methodically and fast paced. They ensured the yard was cleaned up when they left and swept for nails numerous times. Dillon came back to ensure we were happy with the finished product before we paid the balance. We highly recommend Midsouth Roofing for all of your roofing needs!! You won't be disappointed!!

  Midsouth Roofing put a brand-new roof on my mom’s (Sonya Kersey) house four years ago in 2022.  They did a phenomenal job then.  Fast forward to winter of 2026, she detected a leak after both of our recent back-to-back snowstorms.  She called Midsouth Roofing, and Dillion and his team came right away to inspect the exterior roof, interior attic, and the ceiling where the leak had penetrated the sheetrock.  Their thorough inspection determined that blown snow had packed into the ridge vent on the roof and started melting the first day it finally warmed up-working its way down through the ridge vent, the attic and eventually through the ceiling…even though there was no evidence of any defective materials or inferior workmanship, Midsouth Roofing made the necessary repairs to the damages done by the melted snow leak…NO CHARGE at all to my mom.  She said that their employee who performed the work made everything like new again! On time, friendly, excellent workmanship, and thoroughly cleaned up prior to leaving.  Mom says she shouldn’t need a need roof for a long time but definitely recommends Midsouth Roofing to anyone else who does need one.  They stand behind the quality of their work and then still step up to make things right even when they don’t have to!

  Couldn’t ask for a better representative, Dillon Alvarez, or company to work with. Took time with us and dropped roof samples off and was very thorough. Roof looks great and was done in one day! Cleaned up after themselves and left no trace of debris. Highly recommend Midsouth Roofing and Construction! Top notch company!

  Dillion and the folks at Mid-South Roofing helped turn my disaster into a fabulous new roof! When a storm damaged my roof and caused my bathroom ceiling to fall in, they came to my rescue. They patched the roof and were incredibly patience and helpful as I navigated through the insurance process. In the end, I have a fantastic new roof that looks gorgeous and they repaired my ceilings! They were so friendly and answered all my questions( day or night)! Superb customer service with high quality installation!
