The new roof is exactly as expected – it was professionally installed and looks terrific. We had a slight mishap with an old shingle grazing one of our newly installed windows, but Choufani and Bailey diligently made sure that the window and damaged screen was replaced. Everything went off without a hitch and I would highly recommend them!

Choufani and Bailey Roofing & Restoration – Raleigh Metro was outstanding from start to finish. They recently identified several serious issues with my roof and then walked me through every single step of the process with clarity, patience, and total professionalism. From the initial inspection to a full roof replacement, they handled everything with care and precision. What really set them apart was how seamlessly they managed the insurance claim. They knew exactly how to document the damage, explain the process, and advocate for the right repairs — and we never paid more than our deductible. They also caught multiple areas that needed additional attention, explained why they mattered, and offered smart, practical solutions without any pressure. On top of that, their team was fantastic with our tenants during installation — respectful, communicative, and genuinely considerate, which made the whole project run smoothly. The install itself was quick and efficient, and when they finished, the cleanup was spotless. Not a single nail or scrap left behind. As a final touch, they followed up with detailed drone photos of the completed work, which was incredibly helpful and showed their pride in doing the job right. Jason and Kurk were a real joy to work with throughout the entire process — responsive, trustworthy, and just good people. We’ll absolutely be calling Choufani and Bailey first for any future roofing needs. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants expert work and a stress-free experience.
