Even though everything was coordinated by phone from out of the area, the whole process was smooth and well organized. The crew was professional, honest, and easy to work with, and they followed through on everything they said they would do. Their hard work helped us finish an important final step before closing on the sale of our home. If you need a reliable roofing contractor for tile roof repairs, I would definitely recommend them.

  Our insurance agent suggested we schedule a few roof inspections because our roof was getting older. We reached out to a roofer, and Preston came to our home within a week. He completed a very detailed roof inspection, used drone photos, prepared a clear written report on the roof condition, and also shared the information with our insurance agent. When we were ready to look into a full roof replacement, along with new gutters and gutter guards, we called Preston again right away. He took time to walk us through every part of the estimate in simple terms, explained the costs clearly, and answered all of our questions. His roofing knowledge really stood out, and he even helped us choose a shingle color that looked perfect for our home and fit the style of the house. Once we approved the estimate, our project was added to the schedule. Before the work started, he followed up with us and explained the roofing process, materials, and expected timeline so we knew what to expect. On installation day, the roofing crew arrived in the morning and carefully placed large tarps around the house to protect the yard and landscaping. Soon after, Jude met with us and explained how the roof replacement would be handled. He also showed us a few spots where damaged roof decking needed to be replaced, which gave us confidence that the crew was doing the job the right way instead of cutting corners. The team finished the roofing work later that same day and did a great cleanup afterward. Our yard was left neat, and they were respectful of our property the entire time. A short time later, the gutter crew returned to install the new gutter system and sturdy gutter guards. They explained their process clearly and let us know what they noticed when removing the old gutters. It was easy to see they were skilled, efficient, and took pride in their work.   Wave Roof Service responded quickly when I asked for a roofing estimate after a roof leak caused by a strong wind and rain storm. Greyson gave us the estimate right away and also explained the roof damage clearly to the insurance adjuster, which helped move the repair funds along with very little delay.
