1/5 stars – Clear bait-and-switch. Do not hire. I hired this company for a full roof inspection on my three structures. They conducted a thorough inspection and provided a detailed written report explicitly stating that all three roofs required complete replacement. The report outlined all necessary work in clear detail and included a reasonable quote for the full job. The inspection was $500.00 A few weeks later, when I contacted them to move forward and accept the quoted price (40K for the three roofs), they suddenly claimed they needed to "review" the quote again. They then called back and announced the price would increase by $10,000, claiming the original quote had only covered "portions" of the roofs and omitted some square footage. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic. They used a detailed, professional-looking report promising a full replacement at a fair price to draw me in — only to drastically raise the cost once I was ready to commit. The original report clearly recommended full replacement of all three roofs, so their excuse about "missing" square footage does not hold up. This experience was dishonest and unprofessional. I do not trust their business practices and strongly recommend avoiding this company. Update after posting this review: The owner of this company is now harassing me calling me over 14 times in row demanding i take down my review. This is full on harassment. These people are completely insane. He is also using a digital number that shows up differently every time so i am unable block him.

Sent a message to them and they asked me my address and phone number. I am still waiting for their call to set up an appointment (6 days). I will go with a different company now.
