I can't say enough about our experience with this roofing team. Marc, Justin, and the crew were top notch and did a great job communicating through the whole process. We first reached out about a window project, and during the inspection Marc also noticed damage to the garage shingles and explained what was going on in a clear, simple way. Marc and Justin walked us through each step of the insurance claim process and stayed in touch with the adjuster, which made everything feel smooth and well organized. Their knowledge of roofing, shingles, and the claim process really helped take the stress off us. The roof install crew also did an excellent job. They worked fast, were professional, paid attention to detail, and made sure the area was fully cleaned up when the job was done. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, the whole experience felt honest, efficient, and easy. I would absolutely use them again for any roofing or exterior work in the future.

We had a roof leak that other roofers could not solve. A neighbor suggested a local roofing contractor, and they were right. Justin came out, quickly found the source of the leak, and explained the problem in simple detail. He was polite, …

They replaced our roof years ago, and the work was excellent. Since the new roofing system was installed, we have not had any issues, and the roof still looks great. A trouble spot above the garage had leaked before, but their crew added the right flashing and protective roofing materials, and it has stayed watertight ever since. More recently, they also replaced the chimney cap and made sure the measurements and fit were correct. They later added gutter guards that help keep leaves and small debris out while allowing water to move properly through the gutter system during California rain. The whole team was professional, skilled, and easy to work with, and we have been very happy with the quality of their roofing and gutter service.

I grew up in a home with white metal shingles, and that roof is still in great shape after many years. My parents never had to deal with roof repairs, leaks, or ongoing maintenance, which really showed me the long-term value of a quality …

My father added a room to the back of the house years ago, and after a big rain and wind storm in Chatsworth I noticed water getting in around the porch roof area. I contacted three roofing contractors and got estimates for the repair work. Out of everyone who came out, Marc was the only one who took the time to carefully inspect the porch roof and measure both skylights instead of giving a quick look and a basic quote. The estimate was not the lowest, but I chose this roofing team because they seemed focused on quality workmanship, proper roof repair, and long-term value. I am very glad I made that choice. In just two days, the crew installed a new roof section over the porch and fixed the leak issues, and now everything is sealed up and watertight. I watched part of the installation and was impressed by Justin and his crew. They handled the roofing system with real care, made sure the seams were properly heated, rolled, and bonded, and installed new flashing around the chimney by setting it into the brick for stronger protection. They also added double layers of TPO where the seams came together, which showed they were serious about preventing future leaks. What stood out even more was how thorough the crew was with the skylight areas. They built two custom boxes below the skylights so I would not need to do extra cosmetic work afterward. That extra effort made a big difference. I do a lot of home projects myself, so I pay attention to detail, and I could clearly see the level of craftsmanship, professionalism, and roofing knowledge this crew brought to the job. From the inspection to the final cleanup, the whole experience was smooth and professional. If I need any roof repair, roof replacement, flashing work, or waterproofing in the future, I would absolutely call this team again.

frank was really great to work with. on the day my insurance adjuster came out to inspect the roof damage, marc was there to walk through everything with me. he explained the full roofing process in simple terms, from the inspection and estimate to the repair work and final cleanup, and made it clear how the crew would handle the job the right way. i had not heard of the roofing company before, but i can honestly say the team was very professional from start to finish. they used quality roofing materials and paid attention to the details on both the roof repair and the siding installation. the roofers arrived earlier than expected, stayed organized, and cleaned up the property well after the work was done. that really stood out because not every contractor takes cleanup and care of the home seriously. marc, the roofing crew, and the siding installers were all knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to work with. they answered my questions, kept me updated, and made the whole project feel smooth and stress free. i would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for roofing and exterior work.

We reached out to Butler Brothers Roofing after having problems with another roofing contractor, and it turned out to be a great choice. Marc and the whole crew arrived on time, stayed on schedule, and completed the roof work in just one day. It was impressive to watch how smoothly the project moved and how clean and professional the finished result looked. The whole process was simple from start to finish, with a solid shingle selection and helpful guidance on what would work best for our home in Chatsworth. They also assisted with gutter guards and painting, which made the entire exterior project much easier to manage. Whenever we had questions, Justin, Braxton, and the team were quick to respond and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend them for roofing services, and we really appreciated the care, communication, and quality workmanship throughout the job.

They gave us one of the best roofing quotes for the quality and price. The bid came in far lower than another roofer, and they still offered the Malarkey shingles we wanted. They also worked carefully around our existing rain gutters, while …

Butler Brothers Roofing has great customer service and does high-quality roofing work. They replaced the roof on my older home in Chatsworth, changing a worn-out roof with multiple messy tar layers into a clean, durable rubber roof system. Even after a long time, it still stands out as one of the best-looking roofs in the neighborhood. Later, after moving to another home in Chatsworth, I had a more unusual roofing and waterproofing issue with water leaking through the patio area outside a second-floor bedroom. They understood right away that the leak needed fast attention and came out quickly to seal the problem area and stop more water damage until the full repair could be scheduled. The final roofing repair came out excellent, with strong workmanship, clear communication, and real attention to detail. I highly recommend them for roof replacement, leak repair, and any other roofing needs.

I hired them for roofing and exterior work on the front of my house, including replacing fascia boards, corner trim, gutters, and the siding around the roofline. the crew did a very nice job and was careful, polite, kind, and respectful throughout the whole project. marc, the foreman i worked with, kept me updated when rain caused a short delay, and they still showed up on time and handled everything professionally. It is hard to find roofers and exterior contractors who actually show up, clean up the work area each day, and leave the property neat when the job is done, but this team did exactly that. the workmanship on the fascia, gutter, and siding details looked excellent, and the front of my home came out great. i have already recommended them to neighbors and other people i know who need roofing or exterior repair work in Chatsworth. I would gladly use them again.
