  We had a really good experience with Prime Team Roofers. The estimate was in line with the other roofing quotes we got, but theirs was much clearer and easier to follow. jordan brought physical roofing samples and material brochures to the first meeting, which made it much easier to compare options and understand the full scope of the job. She was upfront about the process, the schedule, and what to expect from start to finish. The roofing crew was professional, respectful, and very careful around our property. At the end of each workday, they cleaned up debris and kept the area neat, which mattered a lot during a full roof replacement. We changed out our old tile roof for sheet metal roofing, and the tear-off, installation, and final inspection all moved along smoothly. The whole project felt well organized, and communication stayed strong the entire time. She also helped connect us with an hvac company for venting work that needed to be handled alongside the roof installation, and she stayed on top of coordinating everything so there were no delays. We are also having gutters installed, and danny has continued guiding each step clearly and professionally. In Canoga Park, where heat and sun exposure can really wear on a roof, it was great to work with a team that understood the right materials and proper ventilation for long-term performance. I only mention the timing because they were so honest and transparent from the beginning. Even if the roofing timeline had been much longer, we still would have chosen them because the project management was that good. This was one of the best experiences we have had with any home improvement project, and we highly recommend them.

  Our HOA hired Prime Team Roofers for a full roof inspection because the roof was getting older and we wanted a clear idea of its condition. Setting up the appointment was simple, and Jordan was friendly, professional, and very experienced with roofing systems. The inspection report came back quickly and explained that the roof still had useful service life left, while also recommending skylight replacement and maintenance around several roof penetrations to help protect the system and prevent future leaks. They were very responsive whenever we had questions while the work agreement was being finalized. The skylights arrived as promised, and communication stayed strong throughout the process as we worked around normal weather conditions in Canoga Park to schedule the job at the right time. The skylight replacement and roof maintenance were completed smoothly, and the roofing crew was courteous, efficient, and respectful of the property. They also kept the work area organized and made the whole process easier for our HOA board. There was a small concern related to the weather stripping on three skylights after installation, but it was handled quickly and professionally. Brady responded right away, addressed the issue without delay, and made sure everything was corrected properly. Overall, it was a very positive experience from inspection through final roofing repairs, and we are happy with the service. We would absolutely consider them again when it is time for a full roof replacement.

  A few weeks ago, Jordan drove by our home and noticed a section of gutter pulling away from the roofline. He politely came to the door, got right to the point, and said he could help with the gutter repair. He left his card, and I appreciated that he did not waste my time or use a pushy sales pitch. As it turned out, we had already been looking for a roofing and gutter company to take care of the issue, so his timing was perfect. Later, Jordan, Danny, and Brady came out to our property and repaired the loose gutter that had been hanging off the house. They worked quickly, kept the job site clean, and handled the repair in a very professional way. They made sure the gutter was secure, properly aligned, and ready to move water away from the home the way it should. It was clear they knew their roofing and gutter work well. They were also friendly, easy to talk to, and took pride in doing solid work. We are very happy with the repair and would gladly have them help again with any future roofing, gutter, or exterior home projects.

This was easily one of the best contractor experiences I’ve had on a major home project. It started with the project manager, Jordan, who was knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to talk to. Jordan came out quickly to inspect the roof, siding, and drainage situation, explained everything in simple terms, and gave me useful insight along with a fair quote. Once we decided to move forward, the crew was scheduled within days and got the job done efficiently. The roofing team arrived early, worked hard throughout the day, and paid close attention to all the details. Jordan was on site when the crew started to make sure everyone understood the scope of the project, including the roof lines, gutter work, and any small details that needed extra care. The crew was respectful of the property, careful around the landscaping, and did an excellent cleanup when the work was finished. The finished results look great, from the new roof to the downspouts, and the whole process felt smooth and professional from start to finish.   they did an excellent job on our roofing project. their price was fair, the crew was professional, and they arrived right on schedule. they came with a strong team and quickly tore off the old roof, flashing, and vents, then got started right away on the new shingle roof installation. by the end of the day, they had completed the full roof replacement on our 3400 sq ft home and left the property clean and neat. a few days later, they came back to install new gutters and downspouts, which really finished everything off nicely. the whole process was smooth from start to finish. they stayed organized, worked efficiently, communicated clearly, and made sure every part of the roofing and gutter work was done the way it should be. they kept the job site tidy, respected our property, and followed up afterward to make sure we were happy with the results. i would definitely recommend them for any roof replacement or gutter project.
