I'd give less than 1 star if possible. Watson performed the re-roof on our commercial building without a county permit. The permit they pulled only included our neighbor's half of the condo building. Took for ever to resolve this. Very ignorant as to how real property works.

Hi Liz, we apologize that you did not enjoy your experience; however, this is not an accurate statement. Our company went out of our way to make sure you got a county permit on your half of the building (even though it wasn't registered that way with the county). The county office doesn't pull permits by Owners but by the address and owner registered. However, because of our relationship with the county, they were able to make an exception and get you second permit for the address in your name. We have been in business 45 years and do not perform roofing projects without a permit.

I own a commercial property management company and we have used Watson Companies roofing for the past few years for roof repairs and full replacements. Their level of communication and site work has always been top notch and the work is done as stated, on time and on budget.

As a seasoned commercial real estate agent specializing in the Sacramento and Greater Sacramento markets, I've had numerous interactions with Watson Companies. Their consistent track record of underpromising and overdelivering has truly set them apart. Without exception, every client I've referred or worked with has expressed complete satisfaction. In the realm of Commercial Roofing, Watson Companies stands out as my unequivocal choice, ranking second to none. Even if you've already identified a preferred company, I strongly encourage you to seek a second opinion from Watson. Their exceptional service is bound to exceed expectations, leaving you genuinely pleased that you took the initiative to explore what they have to offer. Your satisfaction is practically guaranteed!
