Originally Lee stated they would meet or beat any quote and requested I forward our first bid to them. One week later I received a call from Joye, was optimistic, but the bid came in at 4k more and did not include gutters like the previous quote. Unfortunately they wasted a week of our time for no reason.

Hi Kristin,I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our quote. We try everything we can to either beat or match the lowest quote, but sometimes it's not possible, That was the case with your quote and we hope you found a roofer with a price that you were satisfied with. Happy Holidays.

Well how do I start took over 10 months to get 7 windows and a silder in, they had to change bathroom window 3 times, they had to send out workers repeatedly, they would fix one thing and mess something else up in the end, I said ill finish the trim work myself. My windows are overall nice, worked out something in the end.

I called and made an appointment to get an estimate for a roof replacement. I was told someone named Cody would be here on Monday, July 17, between 10-11 am. At 11:30 on Monday, I got a call that they were canceling my appointment because they did not service Auburn. I thought that was strange, since their website says they serve Placer County. I wouldn't have hired them anyway. They could have called days ago to tell me they weren't coming.

Citywide repaired a large amount of dry rot around the house and then they painted the whole house. Everyone I had contact with was very polite and helpful. The repair crew that actually did the repair worked very hard and did a great job. They made sure to show me on a daily basis what they had done and ask if I was satisfied. They also answered all the questions I had. We are very happy with the end result.

Brent and his team at Citywide completed a full backyard landscaping project at our home. The process from start to finish has been handled professionally, with care. The results are excellent. I want to call out the craftsmanship and professionalism of his crew, especially Alex and Angelo. These experienced crew members took great pride in their work and it shows.

I had an excellent experience with Citywide Roofing when I needed to replace the roof on my rental property while I was overseas. My tenants reported leaks, and I was understandably nervous about handling everything from a distance. However, after I reached out to Lee and Avi, my worries were completely alleviated. They were incredibly professional, responsive, and took care of the entire process from start to finish. They provided clear communication every step of the way, from assessing the damage to providing a detailed estimate. The job was done on time and within budget, and my tenants were very pleased with the results. I couldn’t have asked for better service—especially considering the distance. I highly recommend Citywide Roofing for anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy roofing services. They really went above and beyond!

I hired AVI from Citywide Roofing he did an amazing job replacing my roof! The team he had used was professional, fast, and efficient. My home looks great, and I’m confident in the quality of the work. Highly recommend them to anyone. we also used finance trough the company which really helped us getting this project covered. We collected about 8 estimates from different companies and AVI defiantly was the best (and the less pushy).
