  I asked this company to come out and do a roof inspection report for a real estate transaction. Knowing that I had 10+ years left on the roof. This company took almost 2 weeks to get the ESTIMATE to me. They didn’t even send a report. When they finally got back to me they said I need to replace the roof immediately and didn’t even send me the inspection report. I asked the rep to send me the roof report and they never contacted me again. Ladies beware of this company if you don’t know what you are doing they will try to take advantage of you! Get a second opinion! Call Roof Doctors they are fantastic, timely and professional and will be honest with you! I will never use this company or recommend them.

  Jennifer, I'm sorry for the delayed response in getting you what you were looking for. We had some team members on vacation over the holidays, and we fell a little behind. Prompt response is a goal of ours and we didn’t live up in this case. I did send you a free estimate with plenty of inspection photos a couple weeks ago, showing the advanced age of the roof, as well as wind damage, exposed nails, improper install, dry rot, etc. Unfortunately the roof does not have 10+ years left. Again I'm sorry for the delay, and I hope you find what you're looking for elsewhere.

  True Roofing replaced our roof a year ago and left it a mess! Not only did they have to subcontract out the job because they were too busy to do it themselves, but now we have a leaky roof! Never had a leak in our entire history of residence here, over 13 years. The cop out is that it is our HVAC system, which was replaced two years prior to the roof construction and never caused a problem. So not only did they botch the job, but they refused to fix it! Please steer clear!

  Ashley, Sorry to hear you're disappointed. We completed at extensive site inspection in January after you informed us of your leak issue. We did come to your home and pull up the roofing material in the leaking area and verified all roofing components were installed correctly. We inspected other areas such as the solar install and found no leaks or issues. We were able to identify the leak as a result of an old sheet metal HVAC plenum that was not replaced as part of your HVAC system replacement. We discussed our findings with you and your husband while on site and all agreed that the old caulking and bad seams on the plenum were very likely to be the cause of the leak. We sent photos, videos, and an explanation regarding the need for an HVAC technician to address your issue on 5/19/24 and we stated the following: "We received your email about the water leaking into your house. You mention the HVAC unit was replaced about 2 years ago. The HVAC unit might have been replaced but the plenum was not replaced 2 years ago. There was major cracking and sealant issues on the HVAC plenum when we did our site visit investigation to the water intrusion issue previously brought up. Please contact your HVAC company and have them do a replacement of the plenum that is failing. The HVAC company should have placed this when they did the unit change out. Let us know if you have any questions after reviewing the photos and videos." You also opted to use our a licensed, insured, and certified subcontractor, both on the contract as well in email on 4/6/2023 as a way to complete your job sooner. We gave you the choice and you chose the sub. Regardless, we don't want to see unhappy customers, so in an effort to help, I would be happy to set up an independent inspection of the roof and the HVAC plenum at no charge to you. If the HVAC system is found to be the cause I'd again advise you to get the plenum replaced. We stand by our customers, but we cannot b

  We had many estimates for our roof that had leakage into the house and all were relatively similar in price. The reason we chose True Roofing was the knowledge and education Casey had when doing our evaluation. He did not just show us shingles and prices he thoroughly explained each area and what needed to be done to ensure our roof was safe and would last. The employees that came to work on the roof were all efficient and hard working. They arrived early and worked tirelessly all day. They also cleaned up every day at the end including using magnets to ensure the nails and screws were all picked up to make it safe for my kids and dogs. The roof looks amazing and we are so glad we went with True Roofing.

  Casey came over to check out our roof and give us some better understanding of how we can improve it or any potential risk for roof damage from the weather as well as his knowledge, technical know how using a drone and such as well as as his personal professional business demeanor greatly impressed us, and when the time comes for us to have a new roof or any type of solar care or things along those lines, we will definitely be reaching out to Casey, very professional well worth the time in meeting him and getting a better understanding of his business

  Casey helped me with fixing a leak on the roof caused by shingles that were not sealed to the metal flashing at the water heater pipe. I wasn’t present when he came to do the estimates, and I appreciate that he was patient in talking with my mom, who speaks limited English. The thing I appreciate the most about Casey is that instead of just giving me the absolute best and most expensive option, he explained short term and long term fixes and the pros and cons. I eventually got the short term fix for a number of reasons. I highly recommend Casey for roofing work, especially from the perspective of a first time home owner.

  True Roofing was awesome to work with! They redid our garage roof and were super knowledgeable, quick, clean, and just really kind people overall. Everything was smooth and easy, they explained what they were doing, and left the space spotless when they were done. The roof looks great and the whole experience was refreshingly stress-free.   I contacted Matt at True Roofing for an issue with the gutters on one side of our house in December. A section of gutter had come off the clamps and was affecting water flow into the drain. Matt's team came out on fairly short notice and was able to quickly confirm that the builder had not installed the gutters properly when the house was built using only nails to secure it to the house. His team was able to temporarily fix the problem until we can schedule the more extensive repairs needed to get the gutter installed correctly. I was given an honest assessment regarding the issue and a quote for the work required within a couple of days. I was impressed with the honesty of his team and look forward to getting the work completed in the spring. I highly recommend True Roofing and Construction if you have gutter repair/cleaning needs! I passed along your contact information to my mother who lives in the area and also needs some gutter work done with a recommendation that she reach out to you to pay it forward!
