Our roof had storm damage in several areas, and we spent a long time dealing with leaks that caused more interior damage. A friend who recently had a roof replacement suggested we have them inspect our roofing system and explain our options. After a careful roof inspection, they found major damage and also pointed out likely hidden issues under the shingles and around other affected sections. They guided us through the insurance claim process, which helped us get approved for a new roof. They also took care of all the required permit paperwork, and that made the whole roofing project much easier. The final inspections were fully approved, which gave us real peace of mind. The whole process was easy and well organized because they explained each step clearly from start to finish. The crew finished the roof replacement in just a few days, even after finding unexpected major repairs needed around the chimney flashing and surrounding roof decking. They kept the property clean, and when the job was done, the only big difference was our strong, beautiful new roof. This roofing work definitely added value and protection to our home in Sacramento.

Sacramento Roof Repair did a great job on my roof. It was a challenging roofing project that needed a lot of repair work, with one flat roof section and another shingle section, so it took real skill and planning to handle it the right way. …

Amazing roofing crew. They started around 7 in the morning on our large Victorian home, and by midmorning all the old shingles were removed. They repaired sections of the roof decking, installed the new shingles, and finished the full roofing job with a complete cleanup by evening. Everything looked even better when they left. I was very impressed with the workmanship, the speed, and how organized the whole roof replacement process was. Brian and Melvin, along with the crew, handled this very steep roof with multiple peaks and valleys like true pros. They moved confidently, paid close attention to detail, and made sure the shingles, flashing, and cleanup were all done right. It was a smooth experience from start to finish, and I would gladly do business with this roofing team again in Sacramento.

Sacramento Roof Repair installed a new roof and repaired some structural roof damage a while back. Recently we called again, and brian came out to inspect a spot where a raccoon had gotten in by bending the j channel and damaging the soffit near the attic. After the animal was gone, we were finally able to sleep quietly again without the attic noise. brian got approval to repair the soffits and add special blocking so the problem would not happen again. He started quickly and finished everything with great care. Even though this work was not included in the original roofing job, they completed it at no charge as a customer service gesture. i can’t say enough about the personal care and quality workmanship. melvin, brian, and the team made us feel valued, and the service was honest, skilled, and thoughtful. The roof repair, soffit work, and attic entry prevention were all handled really well. we are very happy with the results, and it is easy to recommend them to others. this level of service is hard to find, and i truly appreciate everything they did.

I would recommend them again and again. Even if their bid is not the lowest, the value is absolutely worth it. They do excellent roofing work and are genuinely kind people. They replaced my roof fast and kept the job site clean the whole time. They also worked with all of my requests for different roofing materials and color options. During the project, they found several hidden roof repairs that were needed under the shingles and fixed those issues properly before finishing the install. They added eye vents that helped improve airflow in the attic, which has helped lower my cooling and energy costs in Sacramento. They also did great work around my skylight and can handle sun tunnels too. My roof looks amazing. Melvin was very professional throughout the entire process. He was patient when my financing was delayed and when other home projects started overlapping with the roofing schedule. He was always respectful, helpful, and easy to work with, even when things became stressful on my end. They even took time to explain basic roofing to our Cub Scouts while showing them how roofing work is done on a small free little library project we were building. The library turned out great, all of the boys' questions were answered, and the scouts really enjoyed it. If you are unsure, I strongly recommend them. You will be glad you chose them. Brian is excellent and can help with just about anything related to roofing, repairs, ventilation, skylights, and even general contractor guidance for future projects. If he does not know an answer right away, he will find it and follow up.

i had a roof leak during a Sacramento rain, and water was coming into my bedroom through a ceiling vent. I called for roofing help after seeing an ad, and i got a quick call back. Brian came out, explained the issue clearly, and was very familiar with the neighborhood and the kind of roof problems homes in this area can have. He made me feel confident that the leak repair and roofing work would be handled the right way. I have been in this house a very long time and had never dealt with a roofing problem like this before. At first, it took a little time to get the start date lined up, but the communication improved and i was kept informed. Once Melvin and the crew started, everything went smoothly. The roofing team was professional, worked hard, and stayed focused on quality from start to finish. The price felt high at first, but the completed roof repair and workmanship gave me real peace of mind. The job moved quickly, was finished in just a few days, and the results look great. More importantly, i have full confidence that the roof is sealed well and built to last through Sacramento rain and summer heat. The crew was excellent, respectful of my property, and did a solid cleanup when the work was done. No more leaks, the house is in great shape, and I am very happy with the entire roofing experience.

We are very happy with the roof installation. The work was completed quickly, neatly, and with real professionalism. Brian was excellent to work with and went above and beyond to make sure every part of the roofing job was done the right way. He explained the process clearly before we signed the contract, answered our questions, and showed strong knowledge about shingles, materials, and the full roof replacement. The roofing crew was careful around the home, using tarps to protect the property and catch debris while removing the old shingles. Cleanup was outstanding, and the team stayed polite and respectful throughout the project. Melvin also checked the job site at the start, during the work, and again at completion to make sure everything met a high standard. They also handled the wind mitigation report in a very professional way, which made the whole process easier for us. Overall, we are extremely impressed with the roofing service in Sacramento. Great job from start to finish, and we would hire this company again without hesitation.

This was my second time using Sacramento Roof Repair for roofing work in Sacramento, and both experiences were excellent. The first job was a smaller roof leak repair because the flashing had not been sealed the right way by another roofer. That repair was handled professionally, and I was treated with the same care and respect as someone with a much bigger roofing project. This time I needed a full roof replacement, and again the service was outstanding from start to finish. While looking for a roofing contractor, I contacted a couple of other roof companies as well. One never called me back, and another inspected the roof but tried to push me to make a fast decision without even following up with a proper quote. I am very glad I waited and chose the team that took the time to do things the right way. Brian went above and beyond during the whole process. He checked the attic access in the garage to inspect an area I was concerned about, explained what was happening with the roof system in simple terms, and kept me updated throughout the project. He also called before arriving, which I really appreciated. It was clear he cared about the quality of the reroof work and wanted to make sure everything was done correctly. The crew was honest, careful, and professional. When a vent was damaged during the roof replacement, they reported it right away and it was taken care of quickly. That showed me they believe in doing honest roofing work and not hiding mistakes. They also helped with an extra roof-related concern without hesitation, which meant a lot to me. During the job, tarps were placed around the house to protect the property and catch roofing debris. After the work was completed, the crew cleaned up thoroughly and removed nails, scraps, and leftover material from the yard and driveway. The cleanup was so detailed that I felt completely comfortable walking around the property afterward. In Sacramento heat and dry conditions, keeping the site clean and the new roof p
