  Buyer beware! Robert May and Watertight roofing put a new roof on my home 2.5 years ago. One month after they put the roof on, I had a leak (previous roof never leaked). For 2.5 years - everytime it rained my ceiling leaked. I would call or text Robert - he would send George and crew out to supposedly fix roof. Nope. Never fixed it. George and crew blamed leak on construction of my chimney - again....I NEVER had a roof leak until Watertight roofed my home. On 10-9-23 another company roofed my home and happy to report no leaks. Also no chimney issues as Watertight was insinuating.

  I apologize for any inconvenience. As you said, we came back every time you called. The leak would stop for a while and then come back months later. The last time we visited we pointed out that u had huge hail marks all over your roof and that was what caused the new leak. As we discussed , the leak seemed to have moved. I am happy that your roof was replaced and no longer leaks. Sometimes roof leaks can be really tricky. We are not perfect. My life would be much easier if we were. I am dedicated to installing good roofs and honoring my warranties Robert

  The company didn't complete the job as agreed to. They did not install new shingles. The existing shingles were broken in half, then cemented in place. The owner did not respond to calls or request for pictures of completed work. When I talked to the owner, he assured me that he would personally inspect the job. He never did this. They have a good salesman, so watch out. Not quite a bait and switch, but I really wonder if that was the goal.

  No call. No show two days concurrently. On the second no show the gentleman claims he knocked on my door but did not bother calling my phone. Apparently one can diagnose a water leak from my driveway or for all that I know he may have access my roof without my consent. He would never answer my question. Absurd. No care shown whatsoever. I was told "Good luck". Steer clear they don't need your money.

  We apologize for the inconvenience. When the hurricane hit we had hundreds of people call wanting repairs. Our repair truck was simply overwhelmed.

  Wow! My home was damaged by hail storm Robert was my roofing contact after the day of loss. Insurance company started to be difficult. Requested more correspondence from the contractor. Told Robert this and he disappeared and didnt respond …

  Left nails everywhere. Could easily have seen them popping my tires or getting stuck in some foot if I hadn’t caught them.

  We called for a. Quote and got a quick response. Quote was very reasonable. The crew that came out to replace our roof were awesome. They removed the old roof, placed the new roof and cleaned up all in the same day. They were amazing. If you need a roof, please give them a call

  I have used Watertight Roofing for 10 plus years with all my Real Estate customers . Not to mention my own home. Every time, the job is done correctly and at a very good price. I use no one else!!

  I promise this is one of the best experiences I have had with any home needs. I had a person come out and attempt to do my roof repairs and needless to say you get what you pay for. He was here total hours 36 got almost one half of roof …

  Thank you Linda. Your roof turned out perfect. I hate that you were taken advantage of by a fly by night with very little roofing experience. Boy did he leave a mess. It should be a lesson to everyone to go with a company that has been around for a long time. You dont stay in business for 31 years taking advantage of people.
