  We had hargrove roofing come do our roof. They did a pretty good job on the roof. Unfortunately if you have them do your roof. Keep an eye on their employees. One of their employees went out and walked around my deer feeder and around my property, WITHOUT my permission. Still haven't received anything from them that the job is complete and the money we had paid out of pocket has been paid in full. I got emailed warranty info. Said to follow instructions to register for the warranty. Well in the things that were attached to the email and the email itself, there were no instructions. I emailed them about it and still no response. So all in all folks, DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! Reply.....I never said it was the project manager. If you had read the post ( which i believe you didnt) you would see it was one of the workers. And you dont need pictures of my entire property including the woods. your employees have no right to walk around my property except for around the house where you were doing the work. You weren't doing work in the woods or needed anything out there. So yes it was trespassing and your worker should not have been out there. And it funny that now you want me to call so you can make things right after I gave you a bad review. To late for that. You should have taken care of things from the beginning.

  Hi - We are very sorry that you are saying one of our Project Managers walked around your deer feeder. We never intended that to upset you. We generally walk around the entire property bc it is a construction scene and we have to take hundreds of pictures for documentation (of before/during/after).   If I could leave a 0 I would. When buying a home in the area and they say it has a new roof please please for your bank account look into who put the roof on! This company put a roof on the home we purchased and did not put proper ventilation on the roof! The home suffered severe damage due to this malpractice and when we called them to come out to look at it they sent a different contractor not even affiliated with their name. They advised that the previous owner did not request the vents to be put on the home because of the extra cost. What happened to codes? They did not care about codes! Now the new homeowners are the ones dealing with this issue! Save yourself time and money and go with a company that has you, your family and future in mind!

  *NOT A CLIENT* Hi Sonja, We appreciate the time you took to give us a 1-star review even though you are not our client. Based on your review, it seems you should be upset with the buying process of the home as due diligence wasn’t done from you and the inspector? We are not responsible for lack of due diligence during this process. . On top of this, we install proper ventilation on all homes we roof. Now if a client requests something from us that is not typical or part of our lifetime labor warranty, then we put in our contract that we are not liable and then the client signs off on it assuming the liability. . In this instance, you have never seen the contract and do not understand the scope if in fact this house you speak of was actually roofed by us. . If we had the past owner assume liability, then again, your due diligence on the front end with the owner and inspector is where you need to be looking for answers. .   Client Name : Richard Reed + Tina Reed Mr. Reed, we came to your house and showed that this was new storm damage (wind damage from a tornado!) When there is new storm damage (in this case a tornado), we cannot warranty it as it has nothing to do with our labor warranty.   Had a leak in my roof in two spots ask them to fix it one got fix the other one is still leaking call the office to see can some come back out got no answer the second time to see was the on call person on the way or what time they would come no answer

We never performed the repair - you hired someone else. Your issue is with another roofing company as Hargrove Roofing never performed work on your property.   Began working at 6:15 in violation of law. Were yelling and banging before 7 am. Update - you lied in your response. Your foreman who came by my house this afternoon to attempt to bribe us into removing this response confirmed that you did start prior to 7am. I am happy to furnish the security camera video confirming this.

Our construction team does have to converse from the ground to the roof to communicate and be safe. When we put on a roof, it is a construction scene. We apologize for this though. Please call us anytime if we can go over these moments especially when you believed we started too early. Update 1 : We found out that this is not a client of ours and we have never done work for this person. We are confused why they decided to leave a bad review for a company that has never done work with them. Update 2 : We didn't lie, as we asked you to call to go over if we are incorrect on the starting time. You are not our client, so yes, we would like it if you took this review down...But if it makes you happy to keep it up, we cannot control that. We hope you understand and thank you for your feedback. Update 3 : After 3 months, John (this person that is not our client) just called our office and apologized for this review and admitted it was false. He said he doesn't know how to remove it or take it down or else he would. Thank you John, we appreciate the communication regardless. Thank you, Hargrove Roofing

  We are very happy with how Hargrove Roofing handled our roof repair. Chase was our contact, he set up insurance claim and met with the inspectors and adjuster. Roof was finished in 1 day, clean up was good. Rich at Hargrove handled final paperwork.
