Our experience with Magnolia was excellent and we truly can’t recommend them enough! We had a bit of a mystery issue causing some moisture problems that ultimately was caused by some bad roof work prior to us owning the house. Magnolia was recommended to us by another company, and from the start, Neal Lathem and the team were quick, responsive, reasonable, super nice, and most importantly knowledgeable! We had the team repair our roof and make some repairs to the inside of the home that was affected and everything is good as new! Highly recommend them for any roofing and interior contracting needs!

My insurance company is only wanting to cover a portion of my damaged roof. Mr Luciano and his guys are going above and beyond their responsibilities to prove my damages to my insurance company. So far I’m impressed with their professionalism and efforts to make it happen
