  I would strongly caution anyone against hiring this company. They installed the wrong vents on my roof, creating a serious fire hazard in my home. When I called to inform them, they required me to send detailed photos and a report from a licensed inspector information that clearly outlined exactly what needed to be repaired. Instead of simply fixing their mistake, they sent someone out (an hour and a half late) just to confirm the same problem I had already documented for them. When they finally did schedule a repair date, no one showed up and no one returned my calls afterward. This was their mistake to begin with, and their complete lack of urgency, professionalism, and communication has been unacceptable, especially given the safety risk they created.

  I done my roof with this company 2 rears ago. I left so many messages to claim a service after the hurricane Beryl. I email the company and the manager from Commercial call but he can’t help me and I still waiting for the manager for residential call me to schedule a service.

  Great work, great price, great communication all around. Cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, making sure any stray nails were picked up off the yard so my kids could play safely. Darrell and Polo were terrific. Ideal roof repair experience!

  Darrell Everett was our first contact with Walton Residential Services. He was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. He was very responsive to all calls and texts. He has excellent customer service skills. He was very instrumental in our decision to choose this company. The company did an excellent job with the roof. We will definitely refer this company to family and friends.

  I had been searching for a Professional,reasonable , Reliable, Not overpriced company for my Roof to be repaired. I was hesitant at first when I saw Walton residential service pop up on Instagram, I called just to see if they could meet my financial needs and the first person I talked to was Dimitri. Dimitri was very knowledgeable about all my roofing needs He answered every question that I had and he was very knowledgeable. He did not pressure me at all. He assured me that whenever I was ready that Walton residential service will be there for me.. My husband and I decided to go with Walton Dimitri walked me through the process through the steps and let me know exactly how everything was going to go. I was scheduled for Saturday morning. The crew was promptly on time. The crew did what they needed to do all in one day. Chase was here to make sure everything was going as planned once the crew finished Chase and myself and my husband walked the perimeter to make sure everything was decent and in order. We really couldn’t see much because it was dark when the crew Finished. Chase told me if need be he would come back on Sunday morning to assess anything that needed to be done but I assured him I would wait for Dimitri to come on Monday. Dimitri showed up Monday evening. We walked the premises. There was a few details that needed to be done and Dimitri took care of those issues himself.. I would definitely recommend Walton residential service to anyone who needs any type of work done to their home. Thanks again, Dimitri for all that you’ve done to make this a smooth experience for us. We will definitely use you guys for any other repairs that we need around our home❤️

  Dimitri was awesome! He walked me through the entire process and did exactly what he said he would...no surprises at all. The price was great, and the service was even better. I would definitely recommend Walton Roofing!

  Gabe went over the quote and contract. Walton worked with us on several items - "easy to do business with". Gabe was available all day, the crew was focused, quick and seemed to have a lot of experience. Clean-up was thorough. Already getting compliments on the great new roof.

  I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. From the initial estimate to the end of the job, Gabe Cincotta provided exceptional customer service. Gabe was extremely courteous and friendly. He returned every phone call I made and answered all my questions. Throughout the entire job he was at my residence supervising the crew. They did an outstanding job, and the price was very competitive and reasonable. A great company to do business with. I would highly recommend this company.

  Martin & Dimitri couldn’t have been more professional & honest! They performed a free inspection of my roof and checked a skylight. They found no immediate issues, however, I will definitely be using their services when needed! 1st class company!
