This is a very competent company with honest, hard workers and their leadership team, including the front office lady are exceptional. They have fair and transparent pricing, and we continue to use them as we limp along until we absolutely have to replace the roof. They haven't been pushy, but straight forward, and they come right out to help and make any small repairs to extend our current roof life a little bit. This last time out they actually walked the entire roof and you could tell they were trying to help beyond just the area that had the small leak. (By contrast, a different company claiming five stars wanted to replace a third of our roof a while back instead of just making a small repair). A01 has partnered with us from the beginning. We all agree we need a new roof soon, but they were willing to look at other solutions as long as the repairs were manageable so that we were not throwing good money after bad. We knew this recent repair was a very small job and we knew some rain was in the forecast but of course I didn't call to accelerate them because I knew they weren't making much on the work. Then lo and behold if they didn't show up anyway literally right before it rained and seal everything up for us! I wish more companies were like this one, and you know who's getting our first call when we do replace the roof. Thanks A01.

We have had beyond excellent service and exceptional work performed by AO1. Any issues or concerns we have were addressed with haste, professionalism, and were done flawlessly. We had AO1 replace our roof in our home a year ago and also to address issues with our skylights.

Provided detailed scope of work, inspection photos with quote. On day of job, delivered materials very early, laid down tarps around house, used quality materials and finished in one day for a 1 story house and garage plus clean-up. Very good communication via text. Extremely happy with entire process and highly recommend AO1.

WOW! We are so impressed and so glad we hired A01 to do the roof on our new home! The crew showed up very early and worked until dark to complete all the job in ONE day! It looks stunning! We were so grateful to work with Jake and him overseeing the project. He did a great job communicating and keeping us up to date throughout the whole process of picking a roof, quotes and the finished product. They even cleaned the site spotless before they left (in the dark, mind you). I highly recommend them to anyone and would use them if we ever have more roofing needs.

Re-Roof or Overlay? The Answer Matters More Than Most Pasadena Property Owners Realize. ⚠️ When a commercial roof reaches the end of its effective service life, property owners face a decision that significantly affects long-term cost and building performance: tear off the existing system completely and install a new one, or apply a new membrane system directly over the existing roof as an overlay. Overlays cost less upfront and avoid tear-off disposal fees, but they add weight to the roof structure, trap moisture between layers if the existing system has wet insulation, and in some jurisdictions are limited by building code to a single application over the original membrane. AO1 Roofing and Construction evaluates existing commercial roofs across Pasadena, South Houston, and Deer Park with core samples and moisture scanning to determine whether an overlay is a sound option or whether a full tear-off is the correct long-term decision for the building. We give property owners and managers a clear, honest recommendation based on the actual condition of the system rather than the option that generates the largest invoice. #CommercialRoofing #PasadenaTX #AO1Roofing #RoofReplacement #RoofOverlay #HoustonCommercialRoofing #FlatRoofing #CommercialPropertyTX #TearOff #DeerParkTX #RoofingContractorTX #CommercialRoofRepair #HarrisCountyTX #TexasCommercialRoofing #RoofingDecision 4 hours agoCall now
