  Mr. McCullough, Firstly, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to you by multiple unforeseen circumstances, mostly due to hurricane Beryl that affected the greater Houston area. It was our understanding that we ended on good terms, I wish you would have reached out to us earlier so that we could alleviate your frustrations expeditiously. To include any misunderstandings such the material we replaced on your roof which was installed per your request. (IKO WEATHERWOOD) Furthermore, when we reached out the owner offered to work with the AC repairman however, we did not receive their contact information to reconcile any damages. Your experience is not a reflection of our company values which were instilled in us throughout the military. Again, we apologize for any inconveniences to you. We are also more than happy to come out and assist you with any concerns immediately.

  They are using a service to capture leads from other companies as I called another roofing company asked how they got my number, they are already acting #dishonest outright. They called back at least but then told me as a #realestateagent that they wouldn't be able to help my client unless he was on property. They apparently do not help with #roofing #insurance #claims for # hurricane #Beryl. I would avoid them since they DON'T work with any #realtors. The lady Brenda that took my call basically hung up on me while explaining my clients situation ( that they are living out of state). Just #avoid this company.

  I highly recommend Coastal Roofing Specialists. They recently replaced the eave around our boathouse, and while it was a relatively small project, working over the water made it anything but simple! A special thank you to Travis and Daniel for overseeing the project and making sure everything was handled properly. The job was demanding and required some creativity and while it took longer than originally expected, their priority was always getting the job done right—and I’m very pleased with the finished result. Coastal Roofing Specialists handled a challenging project professionally, and the quality of the finished work speaks for itself. I would definitely recommend them.

  Daniel and Bryce were extremely professional. Daniel showed up at 7:15 ready to work. He was very knowledgeable about the waterproofing process and made sure the panels were reinstalled properly.   My mother needed repairs to her roof asap. Water running down the inside walls. She called coastal, after speaking with Josh and explaing our issues he was able to communicate with the owners on our behalf. I recieved the from the owners who dispatched a crew to work on repairs to my mothers home and the roof was repaired the same day. Thanks Josh

  Daniel and the crew were amazing. They got it done in less than a day in the August heat and the roof looks great. On a side note, we were given a price and ended up having to pay more due to the condition of our decking. Nevertheless, the crew did their thing and deserve 5 stars. We are very happy with the end result.

  Started rough after 5 reschedule due to weather. But overall installation day went great after discussing a few concerns with Daniel the project manager. Daniel made sure everything went smooth with great communication.
