They sent out a 20 yr old kid with manicured nails to survey my roof, then never called back with a quote. They already had a satellite survey so why did they waste my time?

This is my second time in last 8 years to write a 5 star review without being asked to do so. I wish I can give Carter/Royal Roofing a rating above 5 star. Watch my Ocean Wave new roof photo attached. I love it! I did it because I was tired of my brown color roof and Carter gave me the best deal among my 10 roofing companies quotes. I got everything I wanted in details with all the good materials, including shingles, underline materials, high ridges, matching color sidings, ...etc. While roofing construction, a couple of pipes were damaged - no problem - Carter took care of the cost right away. He accommodated my needs and helped me every step and always responded very quickly. I trust him. Very hard to find a contractor you can trust, in my opinion. I have no worry with my new roof, because I know he will take care of it if I have any issues in future. Updates: It has been 8 months with my new roof - I had a minor concern with a roof flashing's sealing. Carter kindly came over to better seal this section. But it turned out to be how the exhaust pipe was housed within this particular type of roof flashing and there was no problem. He also inspected other parts of my roof just in case. I am very thankful that he came out and made sure everything is OK. Replacement my roof with Carter/Royal Roofing, using "Ocean Wave," has turned out to be my best project that I ever did.

I’ve been in the real estate investment and construction business for over 20 years and worked with many roofing contractors can confidently say that Royal Roofing of Texas is one of the most professional roofing companies I’ve encountered in the Houston area. Heather has clearly built a culture of quality, professionalism, and excellence. I’ve had the opportunity to get to know her team and they are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to roof inspections, repairs and replacements, and help homeowners understand the best roofing system for their prop I had the chance to watch one of their roof installations in progress, and what stood out immediately was how well the job site was managed. The crew worked efficiently, and maintained a very clean and organized work site, which is something you don’t always see in the roofing industry. That level of professionalism reflects a company that truly cares about the details. I’ve also spoken with homeowners in the Houston area who have used Royal Roofing of Texas for roof replacement and storm damage repairs, and every one of them had great things to say about the quality of service, the communication throughout the project, and the finished roof. Another thing that really impressed me is their commitment to continuing education. I’ve attended roofing trainings and industry events with members of their team and have seen firsthand how they go above and beyond to stay up to date with the latest roofing technology, materials, and installation methods so they can deliver the highest quality roof possible. If you’re looking for a trusted roofing contractor in Houston for roof replacement, roof repair, or storm damage, I highly recommend Royal Roofing of Texas. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and dedication to customer service truly set them apart.

Absolutely wonderful company. Mike and Boyd came out and took time to inspect my roof and investigate where our leak was, found a solution and also a follow-up plan if needed. They went above and beyond to make sure they found out exactly what was happening. I am very pleased and grateful.

Another beautiful Owens Corning Pacific Wave 🌊 roof installed by Royal Roofing. This color was Owens Corning’s 2020 Color of the Year, and this is our second home we’ve installed it on this year. It looks incredible on this home and really pulls the fascia and posts together beautifully. 🤩 Another happy homeowner - and a great reminder of why we love serving people in the home improvement space. If you need roofing services or would simply like an honest, FREE roof evaluation, we’d love the opportunity to help. 👑 #excellence 832-262-5789Mar 6, 2026
